I place an order last night and they did not come to my place even they did not call to let us know that they were not coming, we wait one hour from 9:45 pm til 11:00pm driver never come. It was terrible and we are customers of this pizza place in kirchoff in Rolling Meadows The guy in the phone seems like was an african american. We will never ordered again from this franchise.

Great customer satisfaction. Ordered garlic bread with cheese but meant to order the cheesy bread and so I was given both for the price of one. Staff didnt seem to be bothered by the miscommunication and simply explained how to order next time and they still went above and beyond by comping me the extra order. Great customer service!

Cannot deliver, despite being a "massive" 0.8 miles away. On the phone, I am told that is because they are in Rolling Meadows and this is Arlington Heights... like they are different countries. Absolutely idiotic, but looking at the other one star experiences, cant say Im surprised.

Always late, at least 30 minutes every time.... Only pizza Hut near me unfortunately, but fortunately the food is usually on point and Ive only had to call in and complain once for cold pizza. I guess I should just get used to waiting an hour and a half for my dinner every time.

Ordered pizza online at 9pm and it never got to us. I even received an email confirmation. I tried calling and no one answered. This is the second time its happened. Would at least appreciate a call back telling me the pizza wasnt going to arrive.

Ordered for delivery to my church, Showed up 20 min later than estimated delivery time, Personal pizza was barely warm, and my cheesy breadsticks were not hot at all. I had to heat both up in a microwave.
