I dont understand how some of these people can be so negative? About this Pizza Hut location, I frequent this location at least once a week. And have never had an issue, which makes me wonder does the resturant assume all responsibility for the experience? Or maybe should some depend on the people who patronize it as well? As there is always two sides to every story. This resturants attention to detail, proffesional service, and welcoming atmosphere is second to none! We are lucky to have some of the greatest pizza places in the world in the chicagoland area. Which makes this Pizza Hut location even more invaluable, as compettion is fierce out here. If your looking for a relaxing, comfortable, place to take your family or signifigant other for a great meal look no further! This Pizza Hut has got you covered! And the manger at this location goes above and beyond everytime for everyone! Which is exactly why I keep coming back! But dont just take my word for it, find out for yourself!

For some reason their system declined my card on an online order then called me when the food was supoosed to be at my house to tell me. I called them back and they said it would be here in 4 minutes, gave them my card number again which went through and they had me on hold twice for 8 minutes each time to come back to the phone and say it would be here in an hour... Every time I explained what was happening they put me on hold or talk to others in the background like Im not even on the phone. -_- My husband had surgery today, we have been in the hospital all day hungry and tired? We ordered on our way home and all they did was waste our time.

Always been a fan although had quite a few issues with a overly informative personnel. Better than rude you might think but sometimes being overly friendly and status updating your food every 3 to 5 minutes can be annoying for sure. Not the greatest pizza on the planet but still good stuff to me every now and again. :) Theyve added different sauces and premium toppings unlike your little Caesar counterpart that gets more expensive with less toppings more and more. Pizza hut has a bit more personality than that as someone had said they lack. Not knocking little Caesars by any means, just giving credit where credit is due.

Awful phone and customer service skills. I called and asked what specials they had, got an answer, called back and the next guy answering knew nothing about those specials and gave me different prices than what i was charged. They should be more knowledgable of the items they sell and care enough to check on what they tell people to be true

Never had a problem with the staff, not sure why so many others did. The staff always welcomes me the moment I walk in the door and when my mother goes in they always help her carry the pizza to her car and give her great deals. Perhaps people should remember the staff are people too and will treat them equally as they are treated by them.

I totally HATE that Pizza Hut! The food handlers look nasty and unkept. The pizza had NO TOPPINGS on it hardly. And when I asked for Ranch for my BUFFALO WINGS I was told Ranch (or any sauce) doesnt come with their Buffalo Wings! Give me a freaking brrak! Never again will I go to them!

Staff that cant speak in complete sentences and wouldnt even try to give me the food i asked for. I quote "uhhhhhhhh no" i cant have a replacement on breadsticks even after offering to pay an upcharge. Dont waste your time, youre better off with gas station food.

I dont go to this place often but their pizza is very good. Customer Service is very good. It is a nice place to go to with your friends or family and enjoy some time together. I just have one question why are the Wings different prices at different locations?

If youre looking for pizza, go to the gas station and buy a frozen one. Itll have more personality than the people working here. Also the roof is hideous.
