Absolutely terrible. Total time from ordering to finally receiving our full order (minus the bacon that they charged us for but neglected to put on the burger), 20 minutes. We ordered two burger combo meals, no one in line behind us at the drive through, no one at the walk up window. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Had us drive around and wait in a parking space to get the order hand delivered to us, they only brought out one burger and one fry. When I told them about the missing burger combo they said "oh ok hold on" no Im sorry, or let me fix that. Came back with the burger, but no frys! How does a restaurant do this.. It wasnt even busy! Again they just said ok and to hold on. Then the male employee came out with the frys and said here you go, then proceeded to ask us,"Do any of you two smoke?" This to my fiancé and I. Now I dont know what kind of smoking he was talking about and whether he was trying to buy or sell anything from us, but that is 100 percent unprofessional. 1 star doesnt even come close to my first experience here. But it sure was my last experience there.

We waited in line 20 minutes because there were cars in front and behind us otherwise we wouldve left. Got to the window they still werent ready with our food. We sat at the window for about 5 minutes got handed our four drinks and was asked to go wait in the lot for our food because it wasnt ready after now 25 minutes. Waited in the lot another 10 minutes and had to go to the window to ask what the hell was taking so long I mean it was just 4 chicken sandwiches and two fries we didnt order filet mignon. There were three workers standing around chatting and all of a sudden they started running around because it seemed they forgot about our order. Finally get it, go to the car and realize that its wrong got a cheese burger instead of one of the chicken sandwiches I had ordered so had to go back again. 40-45 in a FAST FOOD joint is ridiculous. This was my second time here and the first time I also waited about 20 minutes for my order. This place is trash. By the way I gave it one star only cause I had to.

Fire everybody always messing up the orders. The worst customer service, hire people who actually want to work. They messed up my order like always, but before that I asked at the window if I could add a sandwich, I was told no and the attendent closed the window on me. She went back to I guess prepare my food, when she came back I asked again and she said no. She told me that I would have to go back arround through the drive through, which I think is ridiculous. You guys should be out of business, Checkers closed the checkers on 1st and 290. Close this one too!!!

The food is great but my problem is with their extremely narrow drive thru. I got a brand new car and i stopped at their drive thru to get something to eat and on my way out, I scrapped my brand new rims! Definitely never going through their drive thru again.

They took my order three times finally got it right the third time , 4 identical big Buford meals with four cokes didnt think it was too complicated . Then the girl gives me three cokes and I had to remind her again . Food was good though
