Slow service, inexperienced staff along with the whole place reeking of smoke. Was double charged for a food item and when I notified the waitress, she stated that I was wrong. She then went on to say that I eat said item and that the best she could do was offer credit for a future use. I explained that I did eat said item only because I asked for it. I never asked to be double charged though. She then admits she made the mistake and that my credit card is already charged. Thats funny, I bring to your attention a mistake that you make and ask for it to be corrected only for you to answer it with I run your credit card anyways knowing that it was wrong in hopes you would just forget about it. I will NEVER be going to this location again due to the poor staffing and standards allowed. I may try another location later on because despite all that was wrong with the place. I have to say that the food was actually good.

Some friends and I were there for black wednesday. As the bar was closing I couldnt find my coat. I asked if the could check their cameras to see if anyone took it because I thought my keys were inside (my only set) they kept telling me they couldnt check the cameras. My friend wound up finding my coat and as we walked out one of their waitresses came out yelling at me, demanded I apologize to the whole staff for accusing them of taking it and demanded I give them money. I said absolutely not! I never accused any staff of taking it and nor will I give them money. She tried to hit me but missed. I went back to durbins to complain but everyone said she didnt work there even though I know she does and have seen her many times. They should fire that trash bag and get more professional people in that place. All I did was ask to see a camera and thats what resulted?

Dont know how the other food is.ive heard good things but they should not be making pizza here. the crust is like card board.the cheeze must be imitation cause it was very chewy.they shorted the sauce witch had a good flavor. the sausage was processed. i asked for very well done and it came to me undercooked. i live 5 min away my pizza was cold,i dont think the drivers put the pizza in any kind of warm bag or seal. i wanted to give thease guys a good review cause there isnt many good pizza places in the palos area but pls it was awfull. Guess im gonna have to call AURELLIOS next time.

This place doesnt deserve even one star, Ive been in other Durbins locations and its nice but this one is sucks, the bartenders are bitches especially the one with the long black hair, so disrespectful and rude, she makes the customers never come back, and thats why probably that place is empty Friday night, she have to get fired or they gonna close the bar. It was my first time and definitely my last going in that dump hole, I dont need to go there is so many other bars around, and also you dont have to pay $5 admission and the waitress and bartenders are nice and friendly...

I generally dont mind paying a cover if theres solid entertainment like a band or something, but when I stopped in late on 9/30 the dj was horrible. Not enough skill to earn his keep in my opinion. The staff behind the bar however were attentive and polite. Its just a shame to see a bar get mucked up with a hardly justifiable expense like a bad dj. You may be better off stopping at the liquor store next to Durbins, picking up a six-pack and then going to the Mexican joint right next store to get some awesome tacos.

I decided to not get pizza this time. I got a full slab of ribs and the baja burger. Bad choice. The ribs were terrible. There are so many places around there that offer a slab and the fixins for the same price and these were just terrible. Dry, skimmped on the sauce, bland flavor, very dissappointing. I make way better ribs at home. The burger was ok, again skimped on the avocado and wasnt anything to sneeze at. Stick with the mediocre pizza if you desire to order from here.

I have patronized this pizza parlor for carry-out food many times. The staff there has always been friendly, the food has always met or exceeded my expectations, & my order has always been ready when I walk in the door after phoning ahead. I have had not only their pizza, but other menu items as well, such as the ribs or lasagna with sausage, & they were equally good. I could not ask for more. Anyone who thinks they are not good must just have the attitude of a Dick. :P

Ordered the shrimp and dear God, I have never tasted anything worse in my life. The breading was so thick and crunchy it totally disguised the taste of the shrimp, not to mention it broke off a temporary cap on my tooth. Never again! Plus their half pound must have included the breading, as it was so small. But that was a mercy, I guess, since I couldnt finish it anyway.

Wonderful food, great place and atmosphere. The staff at Durbins are polite. All in all, Id recommend, and have done so, this place to my friends. Those who hate this place only hate it because they were probably rude to the staff. If youre rude to them, theyll be rude to you. My only complaint is my order was wrong, but who cares? It was still good.

Well I ordered there pizza party 3.85 per person plus include salad and dressing for 12 people looks like 3 medium pizzas maybe fed 7 people cost me 60 then charged me 8.00 bucks for tip and delivery for catering. Biggest rip off called girl cant do anything no manager til Monday its Halloween so we ordered more elsewhere NOT A GOID DEALM

They used to make good pizzas now they got cheap on their ingredients after they started doing the $10 pizza deals on Monday its a good thing to buy it on Monday but if youre buying it any other day of the week youre getting super thin crust that is not even good

Was there last night worst experience Ive ever had there $5 for a Vodka and cranberry it was the worst Ive ever had ever Service sucked I really dont see me going there again. I would not give any stars but you have to give one

We love Durbins :) We order for our work staff and everyone really enjoys the food. Employees have gone above and beyond to ensure we got great service. Employees are friendly, polite, professional.
