We were under the impression We would receive pizza. I received nothing. One of the other recipients of this alleged pizza has a dietary restriction, which we explained to the (rude) lady who took our order. It took almost two hours to receive said (currently nonexistent) pizza, and when did, the dietary restriction had been ignored! We called Baccis back and spoke to the same lady, who hung up on my boyfriend before he could finish his sentence. I understand we all make mistakes but this was not a very good experience. At least the delivery driver was kind.

$5 pizza is ok, plus you get free soda with it. Kinda tasteless pizza but I didnt expect much for $5. Its good if youre really hungry. Atmosphere is not great, they got some Sinatra pictures on the wall and pacman and boxing games.. not sure what Sinatra and pizza have in common. Also pizza just sits under a lamp for god knows how long and they dont even stick it back in the oven for a minute like EVERY other pizzeria Ive been to. Including really busy ones.

I ordered a pizza at 1:25pm, was told it would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I got to the place at 1:50 pm paid $33 dollars and was told 9 more minutes .The place was almost empty. After another 30 minute wait they produced my pizza. I drove home , opened the box and discovered they gave me sausage instead of pepperoni that I ordered. The pizza was assembled in a sloppy mess. Dont waste your time and money here.

I came in to have lunch like every saturdayto have my all meat slice, it was in the oven so I ordered one sliceand one sausage to dine in. The box that I received o go was a sausage too, I told the cashier that I wanted one and one , he replied very rude no you said sausage, my question is who is the paying customer , need to learn how to take care of the customer!!!

So angry right now, DO NOT ever order from here. I called just before 8:30 . they close at 9, they told me no problem, we will make your food. I thought ok, how nice, NOT AT ALL. Ordered a pizza with half pepperoni on one side and sausage on the other side pizza came and all the ingredients was on one side I called back and they said theyll send another pizza got the new pizza and the box was broken and when I opened it it was sloppy and some the pizza got stuck to the top of the box.

I hadnt had Bacci in a long time and i was looking forward to this stop. Tasted just like classic baccis. Also, i had ordered a slice and while it was getting popped in their oven, an entire fresh pizza came out of exactly what i ordered so the guy gave me the fresh one instead. Stand up guy

I got a Sausage jumbo slice. It was fantastic! The sausage was actually dont right, sweet and not spicy. I will order from them every time im in the area. The value is unreal! $5 for a slice of pizza the size of Guam.
