This place has really gone downhill. I first had this pizza about 2 years ago and it was decent at best. Not my favorite but not the worst either. Ive read the reviews about the horrible customer service and though ive never experienced it myself I can definitely see this place doing that to there customers. Everytime I call the person taking the order sounds like hes half asleep and hungover. My main complain about this place is the food, mainly the pizza. Over the years it seems like their pizza is just progressively getting worse and yesterdays pizza has cemented this in my opinion. The crust is a little tough and the sauce is just overall bad when it comes to taste. We also ordered pepperoni and most of the slices were just cheese without pepperoni. The only reason I order from here is because my girlfriend like it but she now agrees that it tastes deifferent than before and thankfully no longer wishes to order from here again. I cant recommend this to anyone.

THIS PLACE IS RUN BY MORONS! Dont get me wrong, the pizza is delicious, its the only reason we put up with these people as many times as we did. Every time we called we had to explain where we were located and give them directions to our place. Even then, the delivery drivers still managed to get lost and needed further directions (and let me just say our apartment is not that hard to find). The last time we tried to call they said they didnt deliver to that area, AFTER WE GOT PIZZA FROM THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE! Then they said they would but it would be a double delivery charge...pshh. We will never again give them our business and I suggest you do the same.

I ordered a stadium sized pizza and (2) orders of twelve wings, which came with a two litre drink, the order was for 12 noon and arrived cold at 12:45 on after management assured me delivery by 12 noon. When I called to see what happened with the delivery the manager refused to give his last name and was very rude. I called the Congress on Milwaukee and spoke with the manager, Maria, who took three days to investigate the situation. She was if nowhere Assistance either. The Secretary of State offices will never order from either (c)ongress pizzas again. No! The name did not deserve a capital c. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Food is ok, nothing special. Service worse than HORRIBLE!!!! Be careful, they can charge you different price than their menu states. Manager, Kelly, super rude....you can not talk to her.....I asked her why we had to pay different ($10 higher) price on the pick up order than quoted on the phone at the time of ordering....and she was screaming at me, if I dont like it I can return the whole thing and she will give me my money back. That is not how you deal with the customers. There is nobody else to talk to besides her. No idea how they stay in business. Horrible, not professional at all.

I ordered from there yesterday. Honestly worst Pizza experience i have ever had. Waited 1hr 45min for my cold pizza and extras. Called and lady told me she couldnt do anything for me. I then said seriously she ok I can take $3 off your next order. You can keep your money because I will never order from you again. She didnt even say sorry i will send your driver back to get it and give you a new Pizza. TERRIBBLLEEE..... Do not order from here.... I would give it 0 Stars but it wont let me

I absolutely agree with everyone who said this place SUCKS !!! It definitely used to be better than this i ordered a football pizza with sausage and bacon and there mustve been a shortage on sauce and bacon bcuz i got very little of either one and after I left the lady calls me and says she under charged me for my order and could she adjust it as a 7.00 tip REALLY !!!!! I wont be going back there any time soon COMPLETE RIP OFF.

Worst service in the city! The driver was rude took an 1he and a half+! Then didnt even given us the food! The manager was even worse, sloppy ghetto ignorant cow yelling on the phone and being unproffesional! Worst place ever! I will file a report with the BBB and the main owner.

I called today the lady whos answering the phone customer service suck & on top of me calling she tells me to call back @ 7 then say call back @ 7:30 I wont be ordering from them ever again .. they should of just closed the store instead of lying about delivery

The pizza was delicious! The toppings were great with such a perfectly baked crust. The delivery was within the time they gave... and it came in hot, too. The $3 delivery fee was fair enough for me. Overall, its a plus place to order from and eat.

The people who work here are just laughable. The service is horrible, pizza doesnt taste as good as it used to and some of the people working must be on something.... the whole vibe just does not feel right. Not at all.. :/

.I didnt get my soda with my $40 purchase because the new manager said if they dont ask for it. do not give it to them. also theyre being cheap with the food I ordered a stadium pizza and got a superbowl pizza
