I use to go here all the time with my kids. When I found out they were remodeling to have it look like the one on Ogden, i knew it was no longer going to be a family restaurant. Before this, it was a GREAT place to go and feel welcomed. It had a home feeling. Not anymore. I also asked if they were going to change their menu. They said no. Lies. They did. Their fries are terrible. So Ive dined in sever times and let me tell you the service is HORRIBLE !!! Slow, rude, it was. The last time I went in it took over 1.5 to get our pizza. 2 other families came in and got their order before us. When I addressed this with my sever, aparently he thought it was funny and tried joking around like "maybe your order is in, maybe its not." ARE YOU KIDDING ME! When he realized I wasnt happy and i started expressing myself he had a smirk on his face. I then lost it and asked for manager. He was no help either. Terrible place to go. It totally lost its regular family customers. So sad.

Pros: 1. Wide variety of very quality foods from Italian, to American, to Mexican and more. 2. Rustic atmosphere with old wood, brick and leather seats. The food was even served on some old-timey printed newspaper wraps and we were given steak knives for our decently sized burgers. 3. Rock music including Zeppelin played the entire time we were there. 4. Waitress was very friendly and provided great service. Improvements: 1. Needs a better beer selection, there are a lot of tried and true beers on their list, would like to see some creativity in trying new beers. 2. It took a little while for ourselves and other patrons we noticed to be seated despite not being overly busy. We had a good time, the burgers were a little expensive but excellent. We will certainly be going back to try the chicken parm and a few pizzas as well as some more burgers.

I order every single week from you. Never again. Train your phone girls about customer service. I called today to oder a 16 inch stuffed pizza for dine in. She said she c8an not take my order. I explained I wanted to come and watch the cubs game and I live in town and would be right over. I didnt want to sit there and wait 50 mins plus time to eat. I asked why she couldnt put my order in and then got hung up on. You lost a customer that has been going to you for 5 years ATLEAST once a week. $30 a week min times that by 4. $120.00 time that but 12 mos. It all adds up. Food here is good but the continued problem with training people to be respectful is ongoing. Read the other comments. Who ever was working tonight at 6:45pm should be fired.

Very nice atmosphere. Very clean with friendly staff. Waiter was energetic and did a great job. He was supportive of my toddler sons peanut allergy and triple checked that the oil used was in fact canola. Kids meals were a great size and value... and yummy. The burger my husband and I shared was amazing. We also ordered the supreme pizza. The sauce was sweet and the crust was perfect. I am not a fan of sweet pizza sauces but it was done well and my husband really liked it. Cheese and the toppings were all really good. My twin sons, who just came from getting their 15 month vaccines, were cranky and the manager was so kind, she brought them a giant cookie. It was so sweet. Definitely will be back.

The paisans in Brookfield on Grand Ave I have been going to since I was 7 years old I am now 30years old they have always had there special where you order a large pizza you get a 1 liter you order jumbo you get 2 liter dont treat this place as though its a sit down restaurant and make the families tip when your server suck in the first place and second for over 20 years you have always been able to Walk right up to counter to order and get your food within 20mins now you go there and kid you not almost an hour its just a way for them to get tip money. No. 2 its ignorant for the girl to try to start flirting with a husband now that youre not behind a counter to try to get tip money

This is an edit of an original review. I had nothing but great things to say about this place during my first review and gave it 5 stars but now the place has undergone a serious remodel and SO DID THEIR PRICES! The food and pizza is still as good as before... the modern industrial, rustic flare is nice but their prices are not! It used to cost a family of 4 about $40 and now Ive just finished spending $70 for a slightly revised menu. $13.99 for a burger that used to be $7.99 before the remodel. I quess they might have gone over budget with the remodeling or they went corporate, either way its a good price hike and I dont think Ill be returning.

The first thing I wanna say is that the place looks amazing, inside and out. The plating is also pretty awesome. Pasta was staged beautifully with a piece of garlic bread on each side. Sandwiches were served on metal trays with newspaper and fries were served in metal cups with newspaper. Menus are all digital. That being said, its an at-best average place, as far as the taste of the food. Fries were surprisingly great, though. Prices were a bit middling. Service was pretty good, though. Everyone was really nice. I like that it wasnt crowded on a Saturday night. A little cold inside. Great music. Classics like Billy Joels "Piano Man".

PRO: Great Pizza (99% of the time) CON: Pricing, small appetizer portions for price Paisans pizza is really good. There was only 2 times I can count where the pizza was not to their typical goodness. Getting Paisans was almost a weekly weekend stop with friends and family until recently. Pricing has gone up tremendously. It is unfortunate, but we now only order from this place on special occasions, perhaps once every few months. Many of their deals are no longer accepted either. Appetizers nearly doubled in price. However, it is a good place to enjoy a traditional pizza.

The new decor is ridiculous. Not sure why a pizza place needs the motif of a post-industrial warehouse, but the decorator thought every corner needed to show off this tacky brand, including exposed bolt heads on every table, seat and fire branded ceiling fans. Maybe its a new staff too? The kitchen didnt get the order right, despite it being correct on the bill. And they ran empty on both of our selections of wine and beer and werent able to re-tap or find more wine during our stay. Manager should "get off the phone".

Second time here and I absolutely love it! The interor design is so cool. Kinda man cave, if you will. They usually have good music playing and televisions from every angle. I find it very comfortable here. The waitress (same one both times) is a sweetheart and is one of the reasons my husband likes it here. The food is very, very good. They have a great chicken chile and a "crazy" dessert (crazy bananas). Its definitely my birthday choice for now on. Cant wait to back and try something new!
