Amazing food, amazing service. Kristen is an amazing cook whose secret culinary recipes remind me of my childhood. Her homemade navy beans soup is fresh, delicious, healthy, and a perfect combination with a delicious salad or a sandwich. They have free wifi and a warm friendly atmosphere. We sit here for hours to study, work, and talk, all the staff treats us like family, and we have never had the opportunity to complain about the food; Tawny has always provided us the best service (she thinks she is as sweet as the port wine, but we will leave that for another day). Kristen is very considerate about catering to our needs, which means cleaning the grill before preparing the food. Thank you Kristen and all of the staff of Palos Pancake House for treating us like family and taking care of us.

1st time there, never again!!! My husband and I like trying new places especially near by, coffee was eehhh, no biggie! The place wasnt inviting at all for being a breakfast joint! Waitress at first was friendly. We then proceeded to sit down, we picked a window spot. We noticed that there was a lot of food flies around the window and flying everywhere so we decided to move since we were the only customers there we figured no problem! I brought it up to the waitress about our situation, and after we just got a complete bad attitude from her! So bad that we chose not to order from the menu. We will never go back there again!!!

This place was great. We stopped in on the first morning of our Chicago vacation. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, the food was fantastic, and it was such s friendly environment we decided that our last morning in the Chicago area we had to come back. Who would of thought that one of the best parts of our summer vacation would come from visiting a local breakfast spot.

It was my first time eating here, and I have to say I am slightly disappointed because I have read the all good reviews prior to attending. Though the service was very friendly and attentive, the food was mediocre. Pancakes were good, but the rest of my groups breakfast was very average.

Super clean, a great cozy atmosphere/vibe (our service was fantastic as well), and theres just nothing quite like a locally owned business where the owner is willing to personally prepare your meal!! P.S. try their sausage if you can :)

This place is fantastic! The food is fresh and they give you huge portions. Great value and wonderful service! Our server Gina was very friendly and attentive. It may be hard to see in the strip mall its located in, but its a gem.
