I came here with 13 people for my birthday. We were in line for ONE HOUR to buy membership cards and play time for. They had technical difficulties, and at one point there were 6 employees huddled around one computer to try to figure things out. In the end, they overcharged us because two hours for two bays is $180, but instead of splitting that by 14, they split it by 12 (6 people per bay), and charged all 14 of us that amount. Finally a blonde-haired woman employee (I wish I had gotten her name) figured everything out and got us playing golf faster than any of the other 5 people at that computer could. She even directed us to a man named Nick, who kindly allocated us extended game time for free for all the hassle. It was all good then, until the day after when several members of my party starting seeing extra charges on their cards they were not expecting. I spoke to a woman from TopGolf on the phone just now, and her response was: "IDK if its midnight or something, but I just dont understand what you are saying, or what the issue is. I can help you all tomorrow when my manager gets here, but this is just way too many names for me to understand right now." Unbelievable. The facility is wonderful, and the golf games are very fun. But their service needs MAJOR improvement.

Management is brutal. Worst management Ive seen at any facility. They stand around and talk to their employees for 20 mins. I saw one manager sitting on his computer in the bar and another employee needed help, he didnt even bother to help the employee. I also walked past the kitchen on our way to our bay and saw one of the chefs on his phone and computer right next to the line where all the food is prepped and cooked.. DISGUSTING!!! The managers dont even come to the tables to see how everything is going or asking how were enjoying our expierience. The food is overpriced and not even good. I ordered the brisket grilled cheese and it felt like a soggy wet rag and the cheese wasnt even melted. I also ordered the bacon Mac and cheese spring rolls. It looked like cat vomit. I even saw the head chef walking around the bar. He didnt even go up to any of the tables to see how we liked the food. Awful management. Just awful. Our waiter was super nice and the bartender was very attentive and outgoing. The golf is very fun. The staff is very friendly and attentive but the management is brutal.

Just cant beat this place, compared to the other TopGolf, there is no comparison... i might give the Wood Dale location 3 stars, might...who wants to look at non stop construction of the highway to hell (aka the new extended EOE), unless youre from Indiana, probably used to this. On Monday nights it is free golf for people who work in the food and beverage and entertainment industries... like I said earlier, just cant beat it... I already go 30 minutes out of my way to get there, Id consider it even if I were any hour away. Im pretty sure I habe yet to eat anything on the menu that I was less that excited about... the brisket grilled cheese, just shut up, mushi, fuhgettaboutit.. the music and blinking and flashing glow in the dark lights everywhere, they give you and your clubs a ride to your car when it is dark and youre done.... compared with this place, Wood Dale is a dump. See picture below, my sister thinks shes good at golf, HA!

The look and the feel of the place is amazing. The new tech is great too. Would never recommend though, especially with Wood Dale Top Golf so close. The Wood Dale pricing model is 1000% better even if there is a long wait. Paying by the hour at Naperville makes you feel rushed and misses the point of what Top Golf has been to me and my friends. Top Golf is suppose to be a fun, stress free place where casual golfers get to enjoy a social gathering while attempting to play golf. The whole time we were at Naperville, we felt like we were too rushed or we were wasting our money. (We even had our waitress go on our computer and check our time remaining several times, which was incredibly annoying) The guy told us Wood Dale - Top Golf is planning on switching over to Naperville pricing model soon... Basically I would never go back to either then, and we were regulars at wood dale.

My family had my 50th birthday party for me at Top Golf in Naperville . We all had the best time !!!! Tim addresses us all when we arrived .He was very friendly & made us feel welcomed . Chad took over and showed us the larger bays to accommodate all 23 of us . He went over and above to make sure our experience was perfect !! We had the Best servers in the world !!!! Leslie & Heather . They worked hard on making sure our needs were met . Very friendly , professional & lots of fun too !! Thanks for the AWESOME family pic , Leslie . ( to the chef) The food was fantastic !! There wasnt 1 bad item !! Also the turkey avocado wraps look just as pretty cut in 3s. Lol. I mostly wanna thank my husband John & son Daniel for helping plan this special day for me !! will definitely come back again along with friends and more family . thanks again !! Love Vicky G

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. We usually go to the one in Wooddale, but this one was a lot nicer. I liked that everything was right in the bay. Also their customer service was excellent. My boyfriend had accidentally bought a left handed glove when he went to exchange it they didnt have anymore so they upgraded it to a more expensive glove free of charge. Even though it was a mistake on his hand not to check they went above and beyond to uphold great customer service. You can tell when a company values its customers. In addition all of the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. The security guard was doing the cha cha slide. It just had a very fun, relaxing, laid back atmosphere. We will most definetly visit again in the future.

Had been here before for my husbands birthday and enjoyed it. However, stopped in on a Friday afternoon to get gift cards for Fathers Day and the experience was awful. Music in the lobby was so loud, you had to shout to speak with anyone (its such a large space the music was echoing, making it even louder). Was greeted at the door and told to stand in the "play" line to buy gift cards. Waited over 10 minutes in line, only to be told there was no one working "retail" until 6pm so they couldnt sell gift cards. You would think a few days before fathers day they would be prepared for gift card sales. I was told I could wait for a manager to try, who had just gone to help other guests. Instead, I walked out empty handed & with my ears ringing.

Awesome place and superfun to play with friends and family! But service was super slow, we had 3 different servers and each one would make us feel like we were doing something wrong by being there (i.e. "Im not your server, and Im not working your area but I guess I can get you something" or "Yeah what do you want, I have other bays to serve"). The bay next to us just wanted some water, amd waited over an hour for it. We even asked the manager at one point, and he said he will send someone when he can (which never happened). I would recommend getting food and drinks from the bar/restaurant area before going to the bay.
