Been waiting for almost 45 minutes now for food. Server is sitting at a table with her back to us talking to a guy. Havent seen a manager yet and no one else has even come over to offer to refill our water glasses or apologize for the wait. There are 6 tables besides us. :/ When we were served, my husband waited an additional 5 minutes for his food and I hate half my wings without water before I walked up to the bar and asked someone for a refill. Our waitress continued to sit and talk to the same guy the whole time with her back to us and then a guy that was cooking brought a pitcher of water.o After we paid for dinner, the guy from the kitchen came over and asked how our experience was. Turns out he was the manager which makes I even more disappointing. He voided the charge.

I went there because I read the reviews on how bad it was and thought to myself "it cant be that bad" and it truely was not. I walked in, looked around, sat at the bar and immediately all the 1 star reviews were discredited. I talked with the bartender Emily, who was delightful conversationalist (and gorgeous) and all the 2-3 star reviews I read seemed inaccurate. I did end up waiting a bit for my food but it was not a terrible wait, the environment was pleasant and the food was just what I expected from a hooters. I would give this a 4 star review but remembering how gregarious Emily was made me think otherwise. This Hooters is not the best Ive been too but it is certainly not the worst. Cheers

This is the dirtiest Hooters Ive ever been to and Ive been to numerous Hooters around the world. Tables were all dirty they wouldnt seat us because no one was cleaning tables. There were at least 10 dirty tables and no one cleaning them. The bathrooms were filthy! Both men and womens . The floors were all wet almost muddy. The wait for the food was about 1 and half. The place wasnt even busy not sure what the hold up was with the food. Our waitress was very nice but thats all I can say good about this place. Will never come back nor recommend this Hooters. Worst experience ever.

Lol where do I even start. After I was sat down. It took over 20 minutes for someone to even come up to me and ask me what I want. They were too busy standing around flirting with old dudes. After I finally got someone to take my order. The food took 45 minutes at least to be made, and it was done, just sitting up there. Probably 15-20 minutes it was sitting there. I just went up to grab it because nobody helped me. Worst restaurant experience I think Ive ever had. And Ive had some bad ones. I have received better service at the DMV

I just came from this place and told that they have to improve the service. They are not realising that how bad they are. When I order draft beer got the bottle beer, curly fries came out of the fridge. The customer assistant was so rude and she cleared the food from our table even before we finish it. When i asked why are you doing this and she replied that she has to go home. This happened at 8:30pm. We were really shocked by looking at the whole experience. We are not going to return to this place for our life. Grr.

Seated then ignored for 20 minutes. No waiter. No water. No service. A grand total of two other parties were in the restaurant at the time!!! Watched one waitress ask another waitress about our table and she shrugged her shoulders and went on about her business and at that point we had had enough and walked out. Left there and went to El Torros where we were met with prompt and excellent service from a waiter who offered up his apologies for our treatment at Hooters and proceeded to earn a $20 tip.

I only go to Hooters to catch the UFC fights and some beer. There is a great atmosphere at this place, with nice eye candy and it is rarely overcrowded. Im not much a fan of their food usually, but the last visit I had some fried chicken without any sauces and it was surprisingly good! I think I found my new fried chicken spot since Harolds is gone.

Horrible! We went at 5:00 pm on a Sunday for dinner. It was two adults and a toddler, there was one other table there. At 5:50 our waitress comes over to check on us for the first time after taking our order to apologize that it will still be a bit longer. I walked out with my son. Ridiculous. If you actually want to be fed, dont "eat" here.

I dont come here as often as I used to, but the family came in on a slow Sunday during lunch time. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, and it was as good as I remember it ever being. Everything is slightly pricey, and they dont have any sort of allergen menu on hand, which isnt very convenient when our son has a dairy allergy.

We were seated quickly. It was kind of dark but it was 7pm. Service was pretty awful. We were a table of two and we had some modifies. She didnt know what kind of whiskey they had. We ordered coffee and it took 10 minutes to brew. Then they only had 1 creamer and they were out of milk.

This place is constantly nickel and diming. Dont tell u that your getting charged for something. The beer we got on draught was horrible but the manager knows everything. All around bad experience and ive been to many different city hooter. By far the worse. O bathrooms are disgusting

Matt the manager works great with his crew and his staff. Hes ALWAYS the move talking to each table and coaching his staff. The food was hot and fresh. And I didnt have to wait a long time. I truly enjoyed myself. Eating.talking and watching the fight.. Thanks for a great night..og

Best WINGS in C-U! I have always loved Hooters 3 Mile Island wings, and they have never had anything that could compete with them at BW3. My only negative comment would be that the boneless wings are not nearly as good as the bone in wings. I suggest sticking with the bone in wings.

1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Manager admitted that there was an issue with the kitchen. Didnt seem to genuine to try to correct it. Then they ran out of beer, multiple brands. Worst experience ever. Sarah was awesome, James was not very helpful.

Terrible tap beer selection. No Boston Lager, no amber, brown, or red ales. IPAs and American piss beers only. Ordered the only bottled beer that I could stomach (Fat Tire), and they were out. Will not return.
