Slow service unless the server knows who you are. Ice cream is often prepared ahead of food and waits on the counter thus served as a soupy mess...if you know how to order here then youll have a good experience. 1. Plan for no less than 30 minutes (again if youre a teen that happens to know who is working that night your order will get shoved to the front of the line) 2. Order food, and then when the food comes if you so choose to get ice cream order it then (this is true for any DQ or Sonic I have ever visited...they just dont get that the stuff is going to melt sitting on the counter). 3. If you order anything like cheese tots, fries, etc. expect the cheese everywhere except on the thing you wanted to be cheesy (again typical of any sonic or DQ) 4. Just avoid Highland DQ and Sonic and go to Sammies.

Ordered a cheese burger meal with a coke. Was one car in drive through. It took 16 minutes of my 30minute lunvh to get my food. If uou have time to wait the food is good. If you dont have time plan on not having sonic.

Allways get my order wrong makesure check your order before you leave I ordered 7 dollars of food got 2 dollars worth two corndogs and had no time to go back cause work allways check order.

Service was extremely slow and my order was wrong. The food tasted okay, I dont expect 5 star restaurant quality food. It seems like every year the service here gets worse and worse.

Typical Sonic. Servers are usually pretty friendly and fast. Happy hour is the time to go for reduced priced drinks. Very creative drink options
