Me and my husband tried to go here about two weeks ago on our anniversary we wanted to grab a bite before we went to a movie.. We walked in and because we had never been there before we didnt know weather to seat ourselves or not so we stood there for about ten min hoping some one would come greet us...not one person did.. Didnt even look our way.. Not the right way to start my first visit and probably my last.. Almost ruined my anniversary but outback steakhouse down the street saved the day...

My boyfriend and I ate here the other night and tried the thin crust pizza! It was delicious!! But I have to say my favorite part of the night was meeting Tal the balloon artist. He was so sweet and made us a purple penguin and a heart with two kissing doves and made us laugh with his story on how he became a balloon artist! You should definitely come here if youre looking for some good Pizza and hopefully Tal will be there to put a smile on your face :)

Dont bother with the curbside pickup you will have to wait 10-20 minutes after you arrive while your food gets cold and the chrunch on your salad turns to pasta. The uno power salad came with sliced turkey instead of grilled chicken. They forgot to put the red peppers on the other salad. This is the second time in a row that our entire order was prepared with major issues. Will definitely not be trying again.

This is my first online review ever. That should say it all. Horrible Service from the moment we walked in. Under staffed. Left at the table with no server for 15 minutes. When I walked up to asked for a server the hosted walked away rolling her eyes. Sat by the bathroom in a near empty dinning room. One should never rest on your name. Service is King !

Love Unos! Its definitly my favorite of chains. At this Gurnee location, I always manage to get the same booth everytime. Its never overly crowded, its clean, and servers are prompt and unobtrusive. The drinks, apps, entrees, and desserts are all delicious! Cant go wrong here! Must have the wedge salad to start and the bread pudding to finish!

My husband and I went to Unos we had a nice time service was great and I waitress was very attentive to our needs, she was nice and friendly, we had the deep dish pizza which was very good. My only complaint was, the first time they brought it out it wasnt very hot we send it back, when it came out the second time it was perfect.

Food: 3 Decor: 3 Service: 3 Your average, run of the mill American chain restaurant, although I suppose this one is slightly better. I came here for dinner Monday around 7pm with a party of 7 for someones birthday. The stuffed chicken I ordered … was decent, as was the pizookie-like dessert my friend got.

Only place that is making pizza out of vegetarian cheese. Thanks to the manager (I forgot her name) who took time and explained the type of cheese and recommended the vegetarian cheese. Service was Awesome too! Drake was great in both understanding our appetite and serving the food. will visit again!

Went there with 8 members of family, I hate it, the waitress was just walking around not bringing the refills on any drinks, she didnt even brought napkins to the table no ketchup for the fries, plus I think its over priced for their horrible service

Just ate there with my girlfriend a.k.a. boo boo bear. Sticky tables and unclean plates that the manager agrees need to be fixed. Will not be back!!!!! If there were 0 stars to give thats what my selection would have been.

Start to finish, an awesome experience and some of the best food around. This is not typical bar food. Awesome service, fair prices, excellent selection and everything tastes amazing. Need to come more often!

worst meal I ever tried to eat. food was cold then it looked like they threw it in a deep fryer fries were more like potato chips and chicken was like trying to chew leather. service was very bad as well

Its been many years since Ive been to an Uno. Our waitress was very attentive, the manager was extremely accommodating, and the gluten-free crust was one of the best Ive ever had! Highly recommended!

The food is okay, but not as good as it used to be. The management half-heartedly care about you; while the wait staff dont take care of your drinks or you fast enough when they arent that busy.

Menu selection is great. Nice atmosphere. Good for family or bar crowds. Servers can be good or mediocre- have visited multiple times and have had a wide difference in quality of service.

Absolutely disgusting. Pizza was pouring with grease and burnt all around. The place was empty and the waitress still couldnt keep up. Save your money and go to Giordanos down the street.

Every weekday have some specials and I believe Tuesday is wings for 25 cents, which is a great deal. They also have drink specials so it is a pretty good place to hang out and talk.

The Farmers Market pizza is really good! Staff is always fast and friendly. Great location, right by the mall. Easy take out with curbside pickup. Best pizza in the Gurnee area.

They have tables open but tell you to wait 15 minuets. Then the waiter takes too long for the first drinks. Just slow service, dont go starving you will die of starvation.

I HATE deepdish pizza, I LOVE UNOs deepdish pizza!! The ONLY deepdish I have ever liked... And Ive tried alot.. Great place - great food - great people :-)
