Burger King has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Unfortunately for this visit the wait was over fifteen minutes just for an Oreo milkshake and a coffee Frappé. The employees are mostly high school age. Most were chit chatting and enjoying some milkshake themselves. Completely unorganized. It was busy, but it seemed like the kids didnt hold up to the pressure of the job. The place was completely filthy. The childrens section was also in disarray. They also have a security guard, who happened to be sitting in a booth on his phone. Once I got my milkshake it was messy, the cup was sticky on its sides. It completely left me not wanting to go there again.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Eli was the manager there tonight and he was so incredibley rude... Actually clapped as I walked out. They got my order wrong and I tried to correct him. He actually said that I should have ordered it right the first time, which I did!!! Could not even figure out simple math to refund me. Beware!!!!! Although it is close for quick food after six flags I would stay as far away from here as possible!

Food was cold. Hash browns tasted like they use old oil. Place is disgustingly dirty. They only opened 2 hours ago there is dried ketchup all over the garbage. There is nasty, slimy fingerprints on every door, every garbage, every thing you could touch. Tables look like they havent been wiped down from last night. Definitely would not ever come here again.. They should look into doing cleaning everyday.

The service, just like the food, is cold. The sandwiches we ordered were not made fresh, instead they tasted as if they were microwaved. Tomatoes werent crisp, they were nuked, bread dried out, beef was rubbery. Late at night Gurnee police have a heck of a time with loitering and gang activity. With so many other places in the neighborhood, save yourself the trouble. Go someplace else.

The building and eating area is large and new inside. It has a playplace. It has the touchscreen soda fountain with lots of drink options. The food was good for the price. The bathrooms need some work, they were a little messy. You have to touch the handle to get out of the bathroom which is never nice (should require push open doors to leave the bathrooms to minimize germ spread).

Nice place to get some decently priced food before and after going to Six Flags as it is literally right in front of the entrance. Staff is usually friendly and food is made accurately. Be sure not to be here when Six Flags closes because hordes of kids come here to eat and start trouble. Other than at that time this place is actually very quite with only a few customers inside.

The worst Burger King Ive ever been to I asked for a Whopper off the broiler. When I receive my order the cheese wasnt even melted it was cold my fries were cold I also ordered a kids meal they told me they had no toys. I worked in the industry for over 10 years. So disgusted and disappointed. I threw my food away

I got sick immediately after leaving here yesterday. Went to Six Flags was dizzy, threw up. Definitely calling the manager...also food was cold and i asked for knew burgers and nuggets. Too many children working there.

This place was terrible. The fries were nasty like they used oil thats been reused over and over. The original chicken sandwich didnt taste that good. Please have someone inspect this place!!

Horrible directions to the drive-thru cause you to drive backwards and sideways and all around in circles before you actually get there. Food is typical Burger King.
