Terrible! They messed with my order twice in a row. First they gave me the wrong type of hot dog. The second time, I explained about the problem with my last order, however the guy who took my order (same guy), did not care much. When I asked him if everything was in order and he gave me the correct hot dog, he said of course. I did not look, since I was again at the drive through. When I got back home, I realized that this time he did not even put in the hot dog, although he charged for it. When I called the number on the receipt, nobody pick up the phone. I went in Burger Kings website and I filled up the complaint form, providing my email and phone number. That was last week. So far, nobody has bothered to contact me. I am not going back there again!

Worst burger ever. Burgers at Burger King used to be delicious, but my past to purchases I have made the meat tastes nasty. Like old veggie burgers. They dont even taste like meat. No beef or chicken. Is it real meat????. I feel disgusted. Last time I eat a chicken sandwich. The meat was brown and it didnt tasted like chicken. I got one bite and throw it out. I could go back because my lunch was over. Now I went again thinking that the whopper juniors at least theyre great. I was wrong. Tasted like that chicken sandwich previously. It is not real meat. Thats for sure. I want my money back.

I went to buy a burger in the drive through and they got my order wrong. I had to come back only for them to tell me in the receipt it was right, but what I had ordered and what they gave me in the order didnt match. I just wasted my time and money going there, when they should have made sure to have my order right. The screen isnt working in the drive through so that could be the problem. Please fix your drive through window, or else you will get more mistakes, and more unhappy customers. I am not buying from there again. I will not eat dinner tonight, I lost my appetite. Thanks alot!

If I could give this place a negative I would. This place is ridiculous and cant even get one order right. I have Gone there numerous times because its right next to my house. Every time I go there they mess up my order and then dont even try to fix it or make it better in anyway. The customer service here is horrific. And if you want to go here I would say pass. Find somewhere else or your just gonna end up as frustrated as I am every time I go there. This is the worst restaurant.

The manager didnt care about the service. She blamed problems on either workers. She argued with customers who waited almost 40 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. I waited 10 minutes just for a small fry when all they had to do was put it in the carton and hand it to me.
