Zero stars for me... The woman who works there is EXTREMELY rude! I purchased two small tropical blizzards expecting them to be made correctly. I get home, store them in the freezer for later. When I do eat one, theres no pecans inside, but pineapples. A tropical blizzard is made with coconuts, bananas, and pecans. I trashed the one I ate and kept the other. The next day, I call and politely explain what happened, shes rude and tells me theres nothing she can do about it. As I explain to her that Im not asking for MY money ($8.51) or free ice cream. I wanted to let her know that there are people with pineapple allergies and what if someone in my household was allergic and ate the ice cream---expecting the blizzard to be made correctly, they would have been sick or worse. So as Im talking to her, she hangs the phone up on me. When I get there to explain myself, I tell her I wasnt being rude, I was explaining the health hazard of that situation. Yes mistakes happen, but they need to train their employees correctly when it comes to someones food. ( this goes for ANY place serving food).She looks at me like she doesnt want to hear what I have to say, remakes the blizzard, when I didnt ask for ANYTHING, no ice cream or money, slams it on the counter along with the spoon. I try and explain to her that I wasnt asking for anything, I just wanted to inform her on this. She shakes her head and waves me off to take the next customer. Ive never had a complaint against this store until now. Whenever I ask and purchase a tropical blizzard, made by her any other time, there are NO pineapples whatsoever inside. I called corporate and reported this situation, because this issue could have turned into a health hazard.

I come here a lot with my family and friends. The woman is very nice and smiles. She adds extra toppings without charge. During the summer, this place is always packed. There is opportunities for jobs during the summer, too. Many high schoolers work there during the summer. A word of advice is to ask for one ice cream and size individually. For example; "Hi, Ill like a Medium Cotton Candy Blizzard" and shell turn around and make it. Then shell ask "Would you like anything else?" and you reply with the next order. The first time I ordered I said, "Medium Butterfinger and Pumpkin Pie" and I got a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard with Butterfingers in a Medium sized cup. So, lesson learned.

I had the same experience as another customer did on her review. Asked female Chinese owner for extra strawberries and nuts on parfeit which was $5. I received no nuts. Looked at her and said oh sorry wanted extra. She ruidly gave me four or five nuts on top. She then tells me I owe her a dollar. Are you kidding me? I already paid after telling her what I wanted. Be careful they must need extra money. Scam plus she screamed at me dont ever come back ever. Nice my two girls were there listing to her flip out. Needs to close down. Extremely rude

I have so many things to say. First off the rude female Asian owner Ching Ching Chong is super rude. One time I bought a cone and the total was $15. Confused I asked if that was the total. All I get was in a rude and half yelling tone is " NO THAT WAS LAST CUSTOMA" I was in awe that an owner would treat a customer with such disrespect! Also the water tastes like its from her koi fish pond out back. Fix the attitude lady.

Female owner isnt friendly at all, gets the order wrong half the time. Like others said, Im pretty sure she uses half the blizzard ingredients that shes supposed to. Every other dq ive been to serves identical blizzards, this location is a few bites of ingredients followed by straight ice cream. Always ask for a receipt because the price changes every time im there.

Where to begin? I always go to another one thats out of my way to get better service and quality blizzards. I get a medium chocolate extreme blizzard with extra chocolate chips(Which I had to pay for) Half way into eating it.. my chocolate disappears. All i have is vanilla ice cream. Dont waste your time going, Seriously.

The owner lady is VERY RUDE and doesnt wait for me to finish ordering my order and starts making it and then shes pissed when I tell her thats not what I wanted. Shes very rude and upcharges for extra ingredients I DO NOT get. We drive the extra few miles to the other dq now.
