They never answer the phone. I tried asking for cooperate number to file a complaint about the service, was told they wasnt allow to issue it out. When I went inside to place an order since I couldnt get through, there was 4 teenagers in there 2 boys and 2 girls sitting down on their computer like they didnt have a job to do. Only on Fridays I can SOMETIMES get through to place an order. Hiring sign need to be place along the city of Elwood, not to mention the service is slow. The 2 stars is because the food is still good. LOL :)
