I ordered a number 9 catering meal. My boss got lost being new to the area. The thing that shocked me the most was that they gave me 5lbs of cold beef and juice. So received hot chicken over cooked mostoccli and cold beef. The whole reason I ordered the catering was so the food would be hot for the farewell party of my boss. It did not go as planned and when placing the order the lady never mentioned the beef was not going to be warmed and cooked. I was very upset and embarrassed serving cold food to my co workers and bosses. I will not be placing any catering orders at this establishment again I was not satisfied at all.

Grew Up near 104th And Kedzie store.Always loved there food. Had small party at my home in Frankfort,Decided to use Pops in Naew Lenox to cater it for me.That turned out to be a Very BAD decision.Just ordered the standard catering choices Beef, Chicken and Mostaccoli.Beef was dry,maybe even old. Chicken pieces were extremely small and that was dry also.I would Never use them again and would caution anyone from using there catering services!

I had the Chile cheese dog and the the regular hot dog with everything on it. The Chile dog was a good beef hot dog and the cheese was great also,but to taste tomatoes out of the can on my Chile cheese dog, blasphemy ! The dog with everything on it put me in a better mood same great beef dog and all the trimmings, the only thing missing was the cucumber. Im not ready to write this place off just yet, also,great service..

Love this place, the Breaded steak sandwich was awesome. Love how fresh it was, a layer of mozzarella was sitting right under my my breaded steak. I havent even mentioned the tasty marinara sauce, which is what makes or breaks this type of sandwich and the grilled green pepper which was cooked just right. The food is very reasonable priced, you should give it a chance, cant wait to go back.

Really good food, with an extensive menu. Everything is fairly priced. Customer service was the best! I placed an order and went outside to make a few phone calls, order was ready in less than five minutes and the employee behind the counter brought it out to my car. I know thats not the norm, but it was so unexpected I had to leave a review.

Its your average hot dog, hamburger place. The menu offers options for everyone, but the food is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great, other times the same item will taste completely different. The double cheeseburgers are always good. If youre planning on ordering fries keep in mind the portion is big enough for 2-3 adults.

Happy with it. Prices are good. Food is even better. Portillos with lower prices and bigger portions. Everyone was very friendly. The one and only time I had a very small problem, they fixed it immediately. After repeated problems with Doggie Diner II, this is the new fav place.

What an absolutely garbage place. The food is alright at best. Portion sizes are not great. Then they over charge you just to put the items on the side. Just to put some onions and tomatoes on the side $1.29 per plate. Thats just asinine, I wont be going here anymore.

Not my fav. I probably will not come back. The food is just okay. To expensive for what you get. Ill stick to going back to the city for good beefs and hot dogs. But then again I might be being too picky because I was spoiled with the Chicago city food.

Food is ok. Fries are terrible tho! Not only are they dry, they are hard as well. The burgers are pretty good. Dont get the Polish sausage, its pretty much a bigger hot dog, definitely not sausage. Stick with the burgers I guess lol

Def is not even close to Portillos. Beef although was wet. It was dry and chewy , old beef taste. Hot peppers. Cut celery and jalapeño ?? Wtf ? Little pricy And beef has no flavor or seasoning ..... Pass on the. Beef ......

I asked for onions tomatoes and gyro sauce on the side and they said if I order things on the side its $0.60 for everything I order on the side. I think thats kind of crazy but I love their Italian beef

Grew up on the south side and remembered the Pops on 104th and Kedzie. Was hoping this location would bring back the memories. It didnt. Food was blah. I would take Portillos over them any day.

The Gyro sandwiches were the worst Ive ever had at a Pops, meat was cut super thin. I ordered a super ,it was suppose to have dbl meat, just horrible for a Gyro.
