HEY TINA I was in the car behind you at Starbucks and heard the whole thing. Heard you were going to write them a bad review, and you were good on your word. I looked it up and Starbucks has not sold melon syrup since 2009. The girl at the window looked like she was about to cry when I pulled up and asked her what was wrong. I looked at your other reviews and you must be a truly miserable person as you give almost everyone one star reviews. I go to that store every single day and they are always nothing but nice to me. Learn how to use periods and melon is spelled with only one L, not two. Clown.

HORRIBLE GRADE SCHOOL EXPERIENCE. SERVICE SUCKED. Ordered a green tea frap with no classic nor mellon add raspberry girl taking my order thought that was super funny had to repeat my order then the entire time i waited for my drink she was talking about me like she was in elementary school. She said theres no Mellon taste with classic, I explained I order this all the time and never had a problem. Maybe they should hire a little more mature minded people. Im not a clown and fyi everyones taste buds are different genius.

Came here after church and got a chai tea latte with classic syrup and extra foam. Oh my WORD!! It was literally the BEST chai latte I have ever gotten. I came and ordered three drinks and they were prepared quickly and efficiently! Im still in love with how good mine tastes. I wish I could come here more often, but living over an hour away makes it hard. If I didnt need a ride from one of my friends, I would make the long trip down here.

Excellent service with a smile. Surprisingly, unlike, other Starbucks locations that have an integrated drive through - this location seems to have its timing on point. There is seldom a line here (except the morning and lunch time rush), and the orders are always pretty spot on. Drinks are made accordingly and are always served by a smiling face. Most certainly among my favorite of the Starbucks locations in McHenry county.

Amanda is the only person that works the drive thru that makes the customer swipe their card from the car, it honestly makes me not want to go to that Starbucks, being short and having a low car makes it difficult and awkward to do. Did she get arrested for fraud or something? Knock it off Amanda

Best Starbucks in town! Its the staff that makes it the best! They are all friendly and helpful! Remember my order and Tiff always goes above and beyond makes me feel important and appreciated! Besides the great coffee the staff pumps me up to start my day every morning! Thank you! ♡

Standing inside the cafe, I heard the entire interaction that Tina had with the girl at the window. I know the staff and I am there almost every day of the week. Ive been going to Starbucks for YEARS and no one at that store deserves to be treated like that. So rude.

Love your coffee!!! Hate your restrooms. I get the transgender stuff, but as a female, I dont want to look at a disgusting urinal filled with urine. I also dont want to have to put the toilet seat down. That certainly ruined my taste for my lemon pound cake.

Nice staff, they are always accommodating... I usually start my day here and they have always been great. Some may think this is what is expected at Starbucks, but I pass many other Starbucks (who are not as friendly) to come here to start my day.
