Ive been in this location often. Lately, Ive been in there nearly every day thanks to a thoughtful girlfriend who purchased a January travel mug for me. This is by far, the best Starbucks out of all of those that I have been to. The staff is always friendly, always greets me as I approach the counter, even if they are busy making other drinks with a, "Ill be right with you." The staff is helpful with choosing a drink when needed and always keep the store clean, even when its busy. I rarely use the drive through, but it nearly always seems to have a care (or several) in it while I am inside. Judging from the number of people using laptops and lounging in the comfy seats, this Starbucks is doing nearly everything right.

The staff is normally nice, but there are not enough places for single parties to sit. I like to come in to study alone, and it seems like theres never anywhere to sit. There are rarely parties of 6 or more sitting in at Starbucks, so why all the big tables? Its awkward to ask to sit at the same table as a total stranger... I rarely have this problem at the Edwardsville location, and its twice as small and twice as busy... A bar with stools along the front window would be a big improvement over that giant table.

I have to consistently ask them to turn the music down. I guess they default to a level to make it an entertainment venue, which its not. But the music is consistently too loud to hear yourself when you are making a call or talk to someone on the phone. I repeatedly have to ask them to turn it down. Then they always turn it back up. Its really annoying.

Last 3 times ive been there, theyve gotten my order wrong... I wanted the midnight frapachino with no whip cream... They never remember the powder on top of it and they always have whip cream on it... Apparently they need the recipes written down right in front of them and they need better mics.... At least it was half price for a headache.

Oh my, girl just wouldnt cease her "personal" conversation... unacceptable. Thankfully she was not the barista making my $5.xx mocha. Grrr, my first time there. Drink: onspot. Service: considering i had to interupt to be recognized/acknowledged, NEEDS improvement. Frequency of patronage of chain: 17 years.

No consistency any more. Too many newbies trained poorly and veterens who dont pay attention to the drink they are making. If your drink has skim milk, make certain you are watching what they use. This location os the worse of the 3 I frequent. Slowly making a daily fan into an occassional customer at best.

They made my drink just b perfect, and unless I go to my regular Starbucks most Starbucks could never get it exactly right so Im very proud of this one and happy and it tasted amazing everyone was really nice too

Walked in at 730am, ordered at 747am, waked out at 805am. The mobile orders were being processed in front of live customers. Nice service, but under staffed to handle volume. Guess I should have ordered ahead.

Love this Starbucks! Everyone is always SO friendly, warm and welcoming! They are QUICK too! Just moved to the area and this is my favorite Starbucks location to go to before my morning commute!
