Disappointed!!! I relied on internet reviews. Go rather to Pancake House! Wildberry does not match in terms of hospitality and food. We were full of cold air (door open access) and not change our room as the manager. Regarding food, Berry Yogurt Crunch is too sweet yogurt and not enough fruit and granola - the best is at Yolk. Regarding benedicte eggs, only the poached eggs are good! Plenty of other great places in Chicago for breakfast: lou Mitchell, Yolk, Pancake house or even corner bakery.

This is definitely a tourist trap, but we went for it anyways. And honestly, were not complaining. The wait looked horrendous, but they quoted 15 minutes. We went to get some coffee from Intelligentsia and they texted us about 10 minutes later (forcing us to rush back). However, when we actually got there, it was still an extra 5 minutes as they were setting up the table. I assume they do this to avoid late/no shows. The restaurant was packed, but we were seated comfortably at a 4-person table so we had plenty of room. I ordered the garden skillet ($12) with a side of fresh glazed strawberry pancakes. The skillets are served with toast or pancakes, and you can substitute for sub-specialty pancakes for $1.50 extra. My garden skillet had hash browns, cheddar and jack cheese, eggs, mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, onion, tomatoes, and broccoli. It was a very hearty and wholesome breakfast. I loved all the veggies, and Im really glad I opted for the garden skillet over one of the more protein-centric ones. The pancakes were good too although nothing out of this world. Im just a sucker for fresh strawberries on anything. All in all, not a bad breakfast at all even if it is filled wall-to-wall with tourists (including myself!). I know there are definitely better places to get breakfast but for the price, quality, and proximity to our hotel, this was a reasonable choice for us.

(english/日本語) you should choose another restaurant! 100%!! long long waiting. for enter restaurant 45min, for order 20min, for pancake 30min! staffs didnt take our order because we are Yellow ppl!!!!

Arrived at the restaurant 9:45AM on Sunday, and there was a line outside the restaurant to put the name on the wait list. The wait time was about 45-60 minutes. To pass the time we went to the Millennium Park across the street to people watch at Cloud Gate sculpture area. We went back to the restaurant, and promptly waiter took us to a table. We ordered Classic Eggs Benedict and Signature Berry Bliss Pancakes; Both dishes were excellent, but the five stacked pancake with mound of fresh berries is a must order item on the menu. Eggs Benedict with huge cuts of smoked ham on perfectly poached eggs topped with creamy Hollandaise Sauce was excellent. And, it came with a side of crispy Hashbrown. Again, Eggs Benedict dish was a stomach busting portion for me to finish. TIP: Put your name on the list first then go enjoy Millennium Park because theyll text you when your table is ready. One more thing: Their estimated wait time was exact as stated, because I over heard several other diners mentioning to the front desk staff that their 45 minute was exactly to a second. You can also use an App, "Nowait Guest" to put yourself on the wait list, but the reviews are mixed from users. If you are adventurous, go to Apples App Store and search for "Nowait Guest" Good Luck!

I never believed in love at first sight but I do believe in love at first bite after my exprience here. lol I saw the reviews and pictures and made it my duty to check this place whenever I was in Chicago. Of course it had to snow to make it a challenge but I was determined lol. I will make my review quick since mostly everyone has touched on every topic regarding this place. Just AMAZING PERFECT FLAWLESS food! PERIOD END OF STORY !!!! LOL The portions first of all are humungous, taste wonderful and customer service is perfect. I felt right at home from the warm friendly helpful staff. The pancakes were absolutely brilliant as far as execution in preperation, and the Omelette just WOW. I see a lot of complaints about long waits. My tip from experience and what the waiter told me was to go before 9am and there is usually never a wait then at all. If you cant do that then he said to make a reservation through Yelp etc.. to avoid waiting. My conclusion is it exceeded my expectations by far and that says a lot because I had big expectations based on the pics and what I read. Its to the point I dont even want ro tey another breakfast place in Chicago lol. I wish I could put this restaurant in my suitcase and take it back home with me seriously.

Forget a white Christmas, Im dreaming of Wildberry Cafe! Seriously, so yummy! The restaurant seemed to be constantly packed from the time I was there but it was always kept clean, gorgeous, and had a surprisingly quick turnover so nobody was kept hungry for too long. After we were quickly seated, a waitress came over within a few minutes and got us going. I started off with a Wildberry Orange Juice, which I think was actually a mixture of a few different juices- it was killer. When I explained my dilemma (the most delicious looking thing on the menu wasnt vegetarian) the waitress helped me make it vegetarian with even more delicious substitutions. I wound up with the Mexicana Skillet with black beans instead of chorizo- SO GOOD. Egg whites, jalapenos, black beans, hash browns, avocados. Yes. Im seriously craving it right now. I could drive into the city just for that right now. I cant say enough great things about this place. The staff ran it like a well oiled machine, food was delicious and tasted REAL- not frozen and fake. Everything was wonderful. I cannot wait to go back another time, but until then, Ill just brag to everyone and spread their good name across yelp!

Not great. Wait was extremely long just to get a table and once we had a table it was so loud and busy we could barely hear ourselves think. I had the worst eggs Benedict Ive ever had in my life. I asked for no bacon to be put on it, it took forever to come out and when it did it had bacon on it. I immediately informed the person who brought it out and they promptly took it back. Funny thing was, it took about 45 minutes for my food to come out yet was brought back to me in about 10 minutes. I thought there was no way they could have cooked up another one in that time and boy was I right--all they did was scrape off my bacon and gave me the same food back, as I noted strands of bacon pieces they had missed. I could have done that myself! My eggs were weighed down with soggy spinach that was heavily soaked in hollandaise sauce, the sogginess of the spinach was a chore to sift through to the point of being disgusting. My sons pancakes were good but not any better than we could have had at IHOP, so no big win there. The only saving grace was the fresh squeezed juice I had was pretty good and the waitress was really nice and attentive despite her being super busy.
