I ordered my cake for my daughters birthday. I came the next day to pick up and the cake was not the design I asked for. I asked to speak to the manager lady very rudely said she had just left. Then she said she called the manager and explained and said they could only reimburse $8 which was supposedly the fee of the design. When I told her at what time the manager would be in the next day to put my complaint lady said in that case she would not be able to reimburse anything. Then she said the manager would be in the next day very early and that she would soon go on vacation. They ruined my daughters birthday theme. I do not recommend this place horrible customer service. Oh and then she got upset when I took a picture of the design I ordered to show the manager it did not look anything to the cake I received. I will never come back again. Horrible customer service!

Ricos pasteles.precios execivos y al final te dan lo que ellos quieres yo compre cupcakes y la orden no estava lista y terminaron dandomelos mal y el pastel no era el que pedi..y servicio pesimo se echan la culpa una a la otra..nadamas la fama les quedo...yo no vuelvo

Man they chicken out on a birthday cake for my son, Thomas the Engine. They said yes they can make it and to come back whem the decorator was in. Came back in she wasnt there left my name and number. No call, i called and emailed the bakery they ignored me and didnt have the decency to tell me no they cant do it. Never returned my calls or emails. Went to Sams club for my cake and it was delicious and affordable.

Very expensive cakes and apart they charge extra for the extra photo for any design and they never tell you they charge 15% to cancel bread and the next day they throw it was hard and wise wrong and to cancel you just have to go From 5: 00 am At 2:00 pm because the person in charge is only at this time bad service

Love this place. Employees are nice. Love the fact that some bread is wrapped comes from other bakeries. Bread is freash.Theres a table to sit and wait incase theres a line. Cakes here are delicious and prices are reasonable

Fantastic bakery! Their Tres Leches Cakes are works of art and soooo delicious! Try the Paczki - they are so unique with fresh fruits as well as jelly filled...heavenly!
