It was poor at checkout. Made substantial purchase. I had many items to place on belt. Young woman had placed few items in bags and then just stood there looking at me putting my groceries on the belt. I asked what was wrong and then she stated I had to remove bags from carousel and place them in my basket. Some bags only had one/two items....I went to Customer service to give feedback and also mentioned another concern and was referred to number on my receipt... What happened to good old days of Customer service... Just kidding. I do know.

Meijer reminds me of the General Stores of yesterday. The store carries every item you can think of from the deli, groceries, general merchandise, hardware, gardening, electronics, pet care, baby department and even Eye Care and Pharmacy. The store is accessible by bus and car and is walkable if you move to the area. The isles in the store are clean and clear for walking, scooters for the handicapped or wheelchair. The bathrooms are clean, too. The staff is pleasant, i formative and always ready to help with a smile!

Normally i like meijers, always have, but the way they handled my situation was dissatisfying. I bought two steak from them and whwn i cooked them i found a WORM in my meat. Luckily i seen it curl up or i would have ingested it. It took them 4 days to call me back to offer me a $25 gift card to their store along with a refund of the steak. Like i almost had a parasite in my body due to their meat.

Very clean and organized. Employees not only helpful, very pleasant. New to the store and had no problem finding things thanks to the employees who not only directed me to the aisle but actually walked and showed me where things were. Made my shopping experience must easier. Keep up the good work guys.

I had to ask deli server to put new clean gloves on. I purchased a small amount of chicken nuggets, the container had a top with a hole. The hole was the size of a quarter or 50 cents. These type of tops should not be used in deli because of spillage. Otherwise, my visit was swift and efficient.

Smiles and friendly greetings from everyone I encountered. The greeter, the man arranging the carts, many ladies in the aisles and especially at checkout. I went to self checkout and she scanned and bagged my entire order. A smile goes a long way. The prices were fair as well.

As I was walking to the cashier. A rude employee told me to step as side to let another customer to check out. He didnt explain why I should step aside. Another strange employee was staring @ me the whole time I waited to check out. This place is run by rude people.

Produce is fresh and reasonable prices. Wide variety of ALL kinds of food. The staff is very personable and helpful!!! Im familiar with the Meijer at 158th and Harlem so this was my 1st time at the Evergreen Park site. This will be my new favorite spot.

Very slow staff. They seem to act like robots in a daze, especially in their prepared food area. The vibe there always seems sullen. Store is clean and well stocked but it always feels like Im going to a funeral after party when I do.

Tgis store is well organized, and has quality produce. The deli is frustrating since staff often chat or go to the back room instead of waiting on customers, which has happened almost every time I have gone. Otherwise its good.

I love that this store is never crowded. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The store closing at 11:00 pm is also wonderful. I can sometimes be a last minute shopper due to my schedule.

The bacon section looks much better now then it did before. They may not have every selection offered but, it is organized and I dont see expired dates anymore. They must have hired new workers in the meat department...

Meijer Store sells more than groceries. I think this store has a large selection including clothes, home items, pharmacy and a large grocery section. The prices are reasonable for the area.
