The place used to be better under a different manager over a year ago. Several smaller things have seemed unprofessional in the past (online order not being ready, worker in crocs, no one offering me a bag for my drinks, etc.) But, l today on Feb. 13, 2017 at 8:10pm the only woman working the front is acting like she is being forced to do her job. My wife asks for guac in her bowl and she puts it on the side. I ask for extra sauce and she lets a small amount drip from the spoon, holding the spoon high above in an exagerrated manner, and all in the same spot on the burrito. She looks at me as if to ask if thats enough. I ask for a little more and she lazily does it again. I felt offended as if I didnt deserve to be served. I dont know if its because we are Latino (although she obviously was too but it wouldnt be the first time Latinos act like this toward their own) because the white guy after us received much better attention from her. Thing is I ALWAYS tip, and well, but not this time. And, guess what, neither did the white dude after me who got better service. Lol.

Chipotles are usually pretty hit or miss. The food is almost always good, so it comes down to service. My biggest issue with Chipotle is when staff dont listen to you when youre ordering your specific toppings and they just start heaping things you didnt ask for onto your dish just because most other people like it that way. Ive had mixed experiences at this location. If you can get the right staff combination, youll have a great experience here. But there are a few workers that Ive had here who just dont really pay attention to what Im saying and start mixing up my order. Lets be honest here...scooping guacamole is not the hardest job in the world. If there was at least a little bit of training here, most of these issue would likely not exist.

The workers here are so cheap and the food is so cold. They leave the food out for hours to freeze to death. The workers are so picky and gives very little steak. The food is cooked very hard and tastes bland.

Love the workers here. Foods always cooked well. Rice is good. Beans are good. Most importantly, chicken is burnt crispy like some chipotles grill them.

Though my plate was plentiful it lacked taste. I had a chicken bowl with black beans, brown rice and trimmings. The staff was very cordial and helpful.

HAve only been here once but it was great. It really doesnt matter where you attend a Chipotle. I think they do a great job of training their staff.
