Absolutely positively amazing! Was told that the fried chicken sandwich was heaven on Earth and Ill admit I was highly skeptical. When the sandwich came out looking like a tower of golden fried greatness, I was immediately in visual awe at how absolutely delectable it looked. I will admit, I was a little intimidated by how large it was so I had to cut it in half in order to make it more manageable. For sides, I ordered the cornbread and Mac and cheese, both of which were just ok and at the end of it too much, since the sandwich itself was so much. The ambience of the location on a Friday night was dope too. All in all, would recommend this place to anyone.

The restaurant is inside Soho House and has a rustic decor and not many tables. We arrived around 7pm and there was no wait. The menu is very simple, you order a size of a chicken of which we ordered a full chicken for two people with about 1/3 to take home for leftovers. You also order a bunch of sides that you can share. I liked the concept and the menu concept of having chicken is actually pretty original I thought for Chicago. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice with trendy rustic decor. The only downside was that the table was pretty small for 4 people and with the amount of food you are ordering.

Chicken & Farm Shop is a restaurant connected to Soho House. Theres really cute seating outside which is great when the weather is nice. The only problem was that our waitress was tending to both the outside tables and the inside ones, so shed disappear for long periods. I had the chicken and waffles which was amazing. Honestly, amazing. My friend got the vegetarian sandwich and found herself still hungry and a bit underwhelmed. I dont think the portion sizes are great given the prices and the proximity to a TON of other(better?) restaurants in West Loop, but I loved my meal and that deserved at least 4 stars.

Note that this review is for the BBQ chicken sandwich I sampled at Taste of Randolph. The line was super long, the temp was soaring and the humidity was thick but the servers were cheery and upbeat! There are few fried chicken sandwiches Ive ever tried that were this juicy and yet perfectly flaky crispy on the outside. I personally believe that angels are in the kitchen of this place frying chicken for the hungry believers in line. YES, IT WAS THAT GOOD THAT IM TYPING IN ALL CAPS!! Ill be back in town soon to eat at the actual location and Ill enter tithe in hand.

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich plain with white cheddar cheese along with fries (lunch special comes with a side and soda...otherwise everything is a la carte). The fries werent good, so I was glad when I decided to switch to corn -GRILLED SND BUTTERED TO PERFECTION! The bun for the sandwich was super moist making the sandwich extra delicious. Finally we ordered the warm brownie with ice cream- a wise choice !! This is upstairs from the exclusive SOHO HOUSE CHICAGO, but it is open to the public thankfully.

Great meal!! Their rotisserie chicken is flavorful - it is coated with paprika. Make sure you squeeze the lemon on top for a great flavor burst. Sides were great. Really enjoyed their fries and their house-made aioli, biscuit/cornbread with honey butter and coleslaw. We had leftover coleslaw so I ordered another quarter of chicken to takehome. Fyi, the leftovers made really good tacos... the only negative is lighting. It is dark.. you will definitely need a flashlight to look at the menu.

Scrumptious. I had an awesome chicken and waffle.. tasty waffle, tender and crispy chicken seasoned nicely.. my wife had the chicken sandwich, and the kids shared nougats and mac and cheese. I didnt care for the Mac and cheese, a bit grainy for my taste, but my wife liked it. After I finished my plate, I went for the remaining nougats with thier house BBQ sauce.. a good balance of smokey heat and tang. All told with two milks and iced teas, the total was a reasonable $40 before tip.

Delicious chicken and waffles! The batter was perfect, not too heavy. The chicken was very juicy and the mild taste of the buttermilk just sings and dances in your mouth. This might sound strange (but it really isnt), a little of the Maple syrup on the chicken was a taste of heaven! The waffle was light and fluffy - Delish! We also ordered the "Dirty Bacon Burger", which we were told they mixed in some bone marrow; it was sure very tasty.

Love the atmosphere, the chicken and waffle is a great option, but must wait couple of minutes to eat that fried chicken. It would taste better if u use some of the hot sauce (contains habanero). I recommend the chicken and waffle. I feel i wanna go back to try the fried chicken sandwich, but wont. Dont think i would go back to the place because of a personal issue regarding my payment last time.

Delicious food! Never had a Waffle with Fried Chicken on it, but went for it. Great service - very attentive waiter. While not the meal I would normally opt for I could not resist after hearing how good it was. Id agree! I work in the hood and will be visiting again, may opt for a much lighter lunch. Check it out. Neat building with a bar, coffee bar, two different restaurants.

Love the chicken sandwich. Dont indulge in fried food much, but this sandwich was worth it. Comes on a brioche bun with avocado, lettuce & aioli. Moist and flavorful. My friend had the burger and was equally pleased. Filling sandwich as it should be because they run $15 each and dont include any side. Love the decor. And the service was very friendly. Will definitely return.

Okay listen I have had burgers all over the us. From LA to New York and everywhere in between, and I have NEVER had anything which could rival the dirty burger with bacon and fried egg. If you love burgers you cannot complete your burger tourism without a stop here. Just do it. Also my girlfriend says the chicken sandwich is "dope."

One of the best chicken restaurants Ive been to. They have awesome rotisserie chicken and side dishes. The fried chicken sandwich also great. Its like a gourmet version of a Chick-fil-a sandwich but much much better. Its location in SOHO house on Green Street. Its a little pricey but worth it.

Southern-inspired staples in a candle-lit industrial building, located just off of Randolph in the West Loop. The chicken and waffles with its buttermilk and vanilla sweetness or the bbq fried chicken sandwich that has a slaw to complement its tanginess are top items on the menu.

A low light place set to look like a bootleg era bar and club. Food was great, staff was awesome! Our party did not reserved a table, and the staff made it happen, they were unsung heroes of night. A great place to eat with a group and start the night in town.
