I don’t normally write reviews complaining about things, but I am extremely upset. I had my Son’s 10th Birthday party reservation with 30 guests and I did not appreciate arriving at the park with all of my guests and the restaurant being closed with no call from anyone from ChiSox Grill. We put so much money, time and effort into making this a special birthday party. This is a terrible way to run a business and treat your customers! I understand that they had an emergency carbon monoxide leak, but you should still contact your customers that had party reservations to help out making alternate arrangements. The only thing that saved my son’s birthday party from completely being ruined is that the White Sox were able to set us up in a section of the park to have my Son’s party. White Sox did not even have to do anything to help us out because the ChiSox Grill is owned by Gibsons and not the park. They could have left us out standing on the sidewalk just like the Management at ChiSox Grill did. I don’t appreciate how any of this was handled and was extremely upsetting to not only me, but a little boy who was devastated that his party was ruined. Shame on the Gibsons Restaurant Group! Terrible business practices!

Came in with water in a stainless steel bottle. Large jacked bouncer near the door asks "whats in that?" I reply with "water" which was actually what was contained within. He asks me to pour it out and points to the outside. I go ahead and pour it into the trash can outside. The guy flips out and starts yelling at me for placing it in there. I just wanted to meetup with my friends before the game. That was completely uncalled for and really ruined my mood. I just quickly shuffled past him and into the bar not saying a word. If I was the manager I would fire him immediately for talking to customers like that.

Ive been here for holiday parties twice. Both times the food was pretty bad. The wings were dry, the chicken sliders were 90% breading, and the vegetables were old. The drinks from the upstairs bar were un-drinkable. I asked for a gin gimlet but got a gin martini or something incredibly strong with no lime juice. My wifes drink was horrible as well. I think they were using cooking wine for the wine they served. The downstairs bar was better but both bars ran out of ingredients which is pretty annoying.

I sat in the outdoor patio back in "14 for the Crosstown. As a Cubs fan I have to say very quick service as I was waiting for the gates to open. Got there a bit earlier than usual to avoid the packed Red Line because of rush hour. Going to the Cell again for Cubs Sox and hoping to stop there for a drink or two at least. Havent tried the food there yet but planning on that.

Good, solid Mexican food. Ordered the carnitas burrito & my wife had the veggie burrito. Both came out quick and fresh. Chips and salsa are fresh and tasty. Carnitas is the perfect juicy, savory, texture and flavor, well shredded. Every bite has a good blend of everything. Really good place, especially if you arent into Chipotle. MUCH more authentic.

Food was Cold and drinks watered down! I am a Sox ticket holder but still I avoid this place by all means! When I spoke with a manager to complain, I was told $5 would be take off the bill. After spending $350.00 to began with! What a shame!

Bacardi at the Park is a great spot to hang out before or after a Sox Game. They have a wide variety of drinks and their food menu is pretty extensive as well. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. Perfect for cheering on the White Sox!

Came here for a Christmas party, and had a very hard time getting a drink and the food was very cold. In their defense, it was very busy. Id like to come here for dinner and see what its actually like.

Service was good but a bit overpriced! I grabbed a cocktail and it was ok...wish we had gone into pregame ealier instead in the park.
