We have been to Chez Simo Bistro 3 times since they opened about a month ago. I found this place through one of the internet services that send me recomendations. Could not have been more pleased with the food, the decor, and the owners. The owner actually served us each time. He is quite friendly and expert in describing his menu. We have had the Foie Gras. salads, steak, salmon, chicken and lamb. His bread pudding is incredible. We have been fortunate to have visited Paris many times in the past 6 years. This place duplicates or improves on anything you will find on a good Parisien restaurant. BYOB is a big plus !. We really enjoy the whole experience. In fact, were going back tonight !

Visited here a couple of weeks ago with another couple. Liked it so much we brought 3 more couples with us last night. I really cant say enough good things about this wonderful little Bistro. You really feel as though you have been transported back to Paris. The food, the atmosphere, and the owner are Francis, in an relaxed traditional French bistro . The steak frite, and the steak au poive both terrific. Salmon and the escargot were perfectly done. Traditional Chicken and modern roasted chicken. Another fun component is that its BYOB.

Amazing service. Great ambiance. Beautiful genuine home cooked traditional French classic cuisines. Owner really took the time to decorate the place with Parisian small reso ambiance and cooks everything with care. We had steak frites and fish of the day. Its BYOB so even better! I cannot recommend this place enough. Must visit!!!!!!!!

I love Chez Simo! Make me feel like you are dinning at the bistro on small street in Paris. Casual french restaurant that are allowing the guest to bring own bottle of wine. Save me lots of $$! Strongly recommended.

The service is responsive and rather friendly. But not 100 percent French ... where is the cheese? The foie gras is not, thats the moss! Salmon is good but sometimes unaccompanied
