The worst place to get a sandwich.. People that take the orders cant understand english.. I ordered two sandwiches and ask them specifically for the whole grain bread on it.. But I got home open it And got to different and not even on the whole grain bread.!!! I called the manager but she told me she could send the voucher for how much?? Didnt even tell me.. But I know how much I paid for the sandwiches $16!!!! And Im coming back for that kind service in that business and really rude manager.. Even making laugh at me that I wanna accept the voucher.. That place is a joke!!!

They didnt understand the concept of a simple frozen coffee. I say plan it comes with caramel on top. The mocha flavor tastes absolutely awful and maybe Dorothy should go ask tje wizard for a brain. Employee that remade coffee had a bad attitude and can learn how to not roll her eyes...and you wonder why your making frozen coffees. Every time i come in the day food And drinks are fine. But at night....its a joke

Food is good! but! Staff been 30yrs olds! can have some respect and stop with the attitude! I think they should act their age! I like the young one I think her name is Genesis, the rest need a attitude check! I will go back but I want my order from Genesis. :)

Always have great service, Ive tried a large assortment of their food over the years and loved it. All the staff that have waited on me are great and very helpful. All the managers that I see do an excellent job. Maybe thats why I go to Panera almost everyday.

Good location, it could get crowded at times. Food is consistently good and its a cozy spot to relax and have a quick bite. Now they have ordering kiosks so you dont have to wait in line to order.

Get there early on Sundays for the best choice of bagels. I was there around 11am and all my favs were sold out. The employees were helpful and very nice.

Coffee is very inconsistent. Has a watered down taste almost half the time. I dont recommend. You are better off going to the Starbucks next door.
