Everytime I go to this particular location they always short me on my food and drink. I literally would rather go to the one in Plainfield by my home then stop at this one! The only reason I go to this location because its close to my job. The staff yells orders and they are very unprofessional! Really sucks this location as potential just horrible staff! Wont be dining at this location again! A year later... Still horrible customer service I went there to get a drink and to see if the customer service improved. NOPE STILL JUST AS HORRIBLE!!!! The drive through cashier was on the phone! She was having a personal conversation with whomever on her headset! No wonder the line was so long!!! Its disgusting I want to know who is running that place! Me and my husband ordered a smoothie and a frozen lemonade tell me how you manage to mess that up?! Oh I know why cause she was ON THE PHONE!!

HORRIBlE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just went to This Panera bread. The cashier, Erica was absolutely horrible. She was cold, not friendly and didnt stop what she was doing for a solid minute or two to help me. Acted like I inconvenienced her to grab 4 plain bagels. Rolled her eyes, wouldnt look at me. The attitude, and horrible vibe she had is reason enough why you should have never hired her in the first place. Panera dont you have a customer service training program? Panera: Im sorry and I always love your food and service but this needed to be addressed. Lastly to Erica: You are not any better than anyone else. There are thousands of hard working young people and older people that would die for a chance at a job. Keep that in mind when you think you are to good to serve "just" another customer. You really never know who your next boss might be.

5 stars to the manager of this location! Although my order was incorrect and had to be fixed a few times, the manager was very easy to talk to & corrected the order without making me feel like I had done something wrong. She went back and checked the order in their computer because I had thrown out my receipt, just to make sure where the problem initiated instead of just pacifying me by giving me more food. She was very apologetic for the mistake and thanked me for bringing the issue to her attention. I will be back at this location & only because of the manager!

We have had many bad experiences with the drive through here, they just cant seem to remember everything included in our order. After going there and specifically mentioning the items that were forgotten last time, tthe missed it again! The management has made many attempts to compensate us after complaining, but we wont be returning to this location. Its worth driving to Orland for more accurate service.

Always love coming here and the cashier Korrinne is super friendly and helpful. I always have a hard time choosing because there are so many good options, and she gave me a sample of the autumn squash soup... now it is my favorite! The man who cleans the dishes is also very helpful and welcoming. Great customer service, food and atmosphere, and I love having a Panera close to work!

This place is awful. Every order I have received is inaccurate. They are always out of everything, soup, bread, etc. They gave me a soup spoon to eat my salad...once again. Also, I asked for black bean soup twice and the cashier repeated my order back. I came home to Broccoli Cheddar. Do not waste your time or money here.

There were missing coffee servers. No dark roast. An associate got me a dark roast-but how can a COFFEE shop, not have coffee out? On the way out there were 3 out of 5 coffee servers missing. First and last time going to this Panera. We went to work on a project online, and they had NO WIFI.

Talk about unprofessional. Really rude and always getting the orders wrong. I come here often and every time its something ! Really going to drive the extra mile for better service. The employees have really bad attitudes. And I swear the drive thru sucks.
