I have always shopped for cake at other cake brothers since 2014 and has always been please but this one was totally nasty. I put my cake order brought couple of their display cakes and cookies they were nasty tasteless and unfresh. So in fear of my 2 year daughter cake tasting nasty I asked for my deposit for my cake I was told they take 15% in which I was never told that before. Besides that the attitude of the young lady was nasty because I asked her have they taste what they have put out and she answered yes because if you had you would of known that the cake slices was hard, soooooo unfresh, tasteless and cookies were even terrible. Now it makes sense why they closed down so many stores so far because their service and desserts are disgusting.

I went to order my daughters birthday cake and i wanted to go around to different bakeries for pricing. I ask the woman how big are her cakes and how many they feed. She was unsure of her 12 and 14. So when i asked to see a cake board she got offensive and says "for what". She claimed what she gave me was a 14 but it was really a 10 and was trying to con me. Long story short the woman up front was rude and didnt know her product as well as she should!

I have been to Cake Bros several times to get goodies, and I have never been impressed with the service, but the sweet bread is good. However, today I called to try to order a cake and the staff who answered was very unprofessional, short and didnt even bother saying goodbye at the end of the conversation. I was just trying to order cake!!! Apparently, you cannot do this over the phone. Needless to say, I will order my cake elsewhere.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I CALLED TODAY AND AFTER THEY PASSED ME AROUND TO THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND I ASKED THEM THREE DIFFERENT TIMES WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR..... THERE RESPONSE WAS "do you have someone that speaks Spanish" WHAT? NO! WE ARE IN AMERICA! MY WIFE LIVED IN PUERTO RICO FOR 24 YEARS AND READ, WRITES, AND SPEAKS PERFECT SPANISH..... IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A BUSINESS IN BERWYN, LEARN THE F***** LANGUAGE!!!! :-|

We ordered a tres leches cake for my little sons birthday. We took it home saturday evening put it in a fridge right away for the birthday celebration the next day. The cake tasted horrible! It was slimy, as if it had been left out in the heat for hours. All the children returned the cake to me. Tres leches cake needs to be refrigerated! My husband and I were very disappointed.

Went to ask information for a big order of a cake and yet the service was unbelievable.... I would think you want a customers service to make money for your business. I was asking questions and was getting one word answers. Uhm,..shouldnt you be asking me the questions to comply with your customers need? Terrible...just terrible. No order was put in and never been back.

I have use this bakery several times in the past, and last few times were a bit off and awkward. i was looking forward to ordering another cake but now I think I will take my business elsewhere. Too many bad reviews and complaints. Wake up OWNER! Your business was booming when you first opened, and now everyone is disappointed with the bad customer service.

The customer service is awful. You call them and they find your buisness to be joke as they laugh on the phone for orders.Honestly i will never refer anyone here for their overpriced disgustingly tasting cakes. Atleast their presentation is ok but that gets trumped by the disrespect and HORRIBLE customer service.

I went to them with a theme of a video game(splatoon) that my son loves, and to tell you the truth I was iffy about. But they knocked it out of the oark. I can not be more happier how this cake came out....awesome job.
