I go to Chipotle a lot - to various locations. This location has pretty rude female employees. The male employees are much nicer. But two female employees embarrassed me today, one after the other. I asked the first one to mix my burrito for me. She seems extremely annoyed at this and, in a full voice, said "JUST SO YOU KNOW I CANT DO THAT IF THERES A LINE TO THE DOOR.". I looked behind me and there was only a father and son in line behind me. "ILL DO IT THIS TIME THOUGH.". Erm, okay. Go to Cash register. Hand my chipotle rewards card to second person. "JUST SO YOU KNOW THERES NOTHING ON THIS!" and waved the card in my face... making it seem like it was a debit card that had been rejected. What on earth???? The atmosphere here was appalling today (10-6). I usually go and am greeted at the register by a nice, tall bearded dude. Not returning to this location or awhile.

LOVE THIS PLACE !!! They are super friendly and the customer service is awesome. I was sick with pneumonia and a bum foot while on my way home from the doctors. I was starving and needed to eat something. I was feeling so out of it that I didnt want to even use the app to order so instead I called and asked if they could come out to my car to get the money and bring me the food. Without reservation the Manager (forget his name, ethnic guy, short w/glasses) said no problem! They even wrote "Hope you feel better" on my bowl. The next time I went there the Manager remembered me and asked how I was doing. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and it starts with the Manager and continues with all the team members at this location. Someone is leading this store in the right direction. THANKS CHIPOTLE TEAM !!! I will always come to this location b4 any other.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I walked into the Chipotle, and it smelled terrible! Like a mix of rotten flesh and rotten eggs! I ordered, and my food had hair in it, every time I took a bite, I had to pull out around 3 long hairs. The person who served me had a name that started with K. I don’t have faith in Chipotle anymore.

Food was good, service was quick. Location was busy and the place was clean. Hopefully with the improvements theyve made corporate wide the food safety risk will be minimal. Willing to go back especially for Halloween when they have the $3 boorito special.

The food is ok, personally theres too many hands handling my burrito bowl. PLUS....I noticed how all the females whom work here wear skin tight pants...how do they breathe? One couldnt sit on the stool, probably loosing circulation.

I have been to this location twice in the last month and they failed to have meat cooked during the dinner hour. I have had to wait 10+ minutes for my order and they didnt at least comp me a bag of chips or offer me a drink.

This is the worst Chipolte location I have visited out of probably 20 locations I have been too. It is unfortunately conveniently located but is consistently slow, dirty, and stingy compared to all other locations.

Their parking lot was designed by an imbecile, theyre always busy, and the mens toilet seat needs to be replaced with a nice bright white one. Lastly, how can a burrito place only have one toilet in the mens room?

This place! Cannot get enough of the burrito bowl. The steak is tender and the barbacoa is delicious. Never had a bad serving and their service is fast. I have never had a bad meal from here.
