As I type with numb fingers I now know how Bob Cratchit felt huddled over a single piece of coal in Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol. How stingy is the owner of this place? My food took an ice age to come out and was cold and bad. I went here in the summer and with no air conditioning it was boiling hot. I resolved never to return but I forgot. If I were to rename this place id call it A Song of Fire and Ice. Both food and ambience bad.

Hopefully this was an isolated incident, but the food was not good. The chips were under cooked and impossible to chew. The steak pieces were charred so badly that it made the meal inedible. We left our meals mostly uneaten and went to a different restaurant. I know it cant be this bad all of the time or they wouldnt be a successful chain, but there are too many other options out there for me to ever eat here again.

Ordered a steak baja burrito and a cheese quesadilla to go. Guy at the counter was courteous. Burrito was missing cheese and guacamole and it had enough pico to kill a horse and it wasnt thoroughly cooked. The quesadilla was good though. Ill try again another time, just wont order a burrito, lol

Theres an older gentleman working here who has no people or customer service skills. He did not listen when we ordered, then blamed me when he misunderstood our order. The food is good for fast food. This location always seems to have trouble with customer service.

Closed. Whats more, they didnt even bother to tell the employees. Instead, they came to work one day and a chain and lock was around the door handles. Shame on you Baja Fresh management.
