도대체 무슨 서비스를 제공했다고 팁을 15퍼나 달란건가요? 다른음식점처럼 종업원이 수시로 와서 괜찮은지 묻기를 했나요 아니면 부족한걸 채워주기나 했나요? 어린 여자 종업원분은 금액받은거 돈 올려놓고 기다리고 얘기중에 갑자기 오시더니 손 까딱까딱하면서 저거달라고? 그딴식으로 말을 하나요? 팁 15퍼 안된다고 채워달라고요? 서빙한 사람은 어디가고 엉뚱한사람이 와서 팁을달라는 건가요? 다른 미국레스토랑같은 서비스나 제공하고 팁을달라세요. 팁 문화를 조금이라도 이해하고 달라는건지 그만한 서비스나 제공하고 주장을 하시던가 마치 무슨 법으로 정해진 것처럼 당연시하지 말라고요 맛도없고 가격도 비싸고 예의따윈 쥐뿔도 없는 레스토랑...

This was a tough one to rate. The issues here are all solvable, but unfortunately are so serious I cant overlook them. I hope they clean up their act. Food, it is Korean food. Not really any complaints in that department, and if I was eating strictly on food, 4 stars would be possible. The service is astonishing. Its like being abused. I ordered the "all you can eat" bbq lunch. They brought out a tray of completely frozen meat strips and put them all on the grill immediately. They then told me that I can use tongs to flip the meat. Thanks, I got this. As Im flipping the meat, the waitress comes back, tells me to drop the tongs. Im confused, and I move the tongs off the grill. She then takes them out of my hands and starts to flip the meat herself. When the check came, she automatically added a 25% tip and said "just sign, dont write". I decided not to fight the tip but of course I wrote how much the total was on the receipt before signing. She was pushing me to not write a total on the receipt, and I have the feeling that if I didnt, I would be looking at a higher charge after I got home. If you go here, be ready for the same treatment.

맛도 별로, 차라리 이조곰탕이 훨씬 맛있었고, 어린 종업원이 카운터를 봤는데, 본인이 서버한것도 아니고 팁15퍼 맞춰달라 강요함. 음식만 갖다놓고 두번다시 와서 물을 주든 필요한거 없냐는지 다른 미국레스토랑처럼 한번도 신경쓰지도 않아놓고, 미국에서 장사한다고 서비스는 엉망으로 해놓고 팁 내놓으라는 양아치정신. 두번다시 가고싶지 않은집. 도대체 다른 리뷰들은 뭘 드셨길래 맛있단건지?

최악의 한식당 입니다 맛은 물론 최악 6월 25 일 오후 세시 경에 방문 가장 최악이었던것은 반찬에 오뎅볶음을 누가봐도 씹다가 남긴 것이 그대로 나와서 뭐냐고 이모님에게 재탕한것이냐 물어보니 이거는 오뎅회사에서 잘못한것이라고함 너무 어이가 없어서 사진도 찍어놓음 말도 안되고 역겨웠음 누가봐도 한입베어물고 놓은것을 자기네는 절대 그렇지않다고함

Been going to Vegas for 30 years and this is the best food weve had. Be sure to order the all you can eat bbq. The brisket, pork bulgogi and chicken are awesome. But the beef bulgogi is simply amazing at this price. Side dishes are excellent also. Only thing we dont like are the pork bellies. Service is not an issue unless you are expecting pampering and hand holding in this side alley joint. With all the buffets and overpriced namesake places in Vegas these days, its good to be able to get a lot of real food at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for people who know Korean cuisine and those willing to learn.

No stars for this place because it says 24/7... however when I showed up at 4:30 am, there was only one group of 4 there and they had told me there were groups reserved at 5 for ALL tables available in the restaurant (which is like at least 20+ groups). When offered that we would eat quickly, they said they did. It welcome us.... although this is one of the bad reviews in many... I want you guys to realize the impact they had on us, and how much I want this community to retailiate on this business, no matter how good their food is. Human rights come first, always..: this is discrimination.

Poor service. Executed like they did not care about us eating there. Were more preoccupied with cleaning the place while we ate. Minimal side dishes were poor quality. Meat had excessive fat and appeared poor quality. Cost of main dish was a couple $ less than all you can eat option which has 5 different meats. Very smoky environment, obvious that ventilation not designed for the room. Our clothes guaranteed to stink tomorrow. Would not recommend this place for a good korean dining experience.

Where I live we call this restaurant Gogi Time and Oakland way different in Vegas. These employees are just rude but the restaurant was full of Asian & Korean. The waitress only intended to us to take our order and when we stopped her when she was helping someone else who was not our race. The food was excellent if you can deal with the bad attitude from the waitresses they look quite amazed that we knew what we were doing because you can cook your own food at the table

Great value. Meat was delicious. I was skeptical at first as I had read some reviews and some people complained about the service. I was pleasantly surprised with the service - it was fast and attentive. The waitresses helped us grill the meat and let us know when the meat was ready to eat. They refilled our dipping sauce and water many times and replenished the meat as required. I had no complaints and would recommend this place to those who love Asian barbecue!

食べ放題メニューあるのですが、忙しい時はなくか嬉しくないみたいで、ちょっと嫌な顔されたけど、何とか食べ放題にして貰いました。食べ放題で選べるアイテムに制限ありますが、その中で十分です。味もすごくうまいまでいきませんが問題ないです。

Expensive. Only six items on all you can eat and it was just 3 items for me as I dont eat beef. The funny thing, I could not choose chicken to eat first rather than pork. You have to eat pork first (which has all the fats) and you get filled up within 5 minutes. No smile, no customer service, had to wait 10 min to get the bill. On top of that, a lady employee asked us to pay straight 10 dollars for the tip. It was so embarrassing. Never going.

Intoxication alimentaire suite à ce resto. Nous avons pris la Formule all you can eat BBQ coréen 29$... Nous aurions dû partir lorsquils nous ont ramené la viande surgelée (pas un peu, vraiment congelée !!). De plus la viande était très grasse plus de 70% de gras cest ce qui nous a le plus dégouté... Je vous déconseille ce restaurant. Mieux vaut aller dans un buffet pour ce prix (Excalibur est pas mal).

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. My daughter wanted the all you can eat and After they failed in trying to charge me for it they started yelling at us for sharing! Dont tell me whAt Im allowed to eat! Im paying for your food! We got up and left mid meal. Dont go they are horrible but also dont be afraid to leave....shoulda seen the look on their faces and the chaos that erupted when we got up.

It was not very busy for a Friday night, so we got right in and food was brought out within minutes. Love it. Not a lot of variety for all you can eat, but you can eat as much as you want. Service was nice enough. The server tried to help us grill, which not really necessary but its alright. They brought out 4 different kinds of meat that we ordered, and ask if we want more toward the end.

Not a great experience. The food was ok but the owner at the front asked me how much tip would I give. I was somewhat uncomfortable about the owners behaivior. It felt like she is just trying to take as much as possible out of customers and do not understand what tip is meant to be. Dont be so greedy. Why not be grateful and smile to the people come and buy your business?
