I was highly upset after I purchased 30 wings. Paid fee for all flats, fee for for extra blue cheese and celery only to find none of it in my bag after getting home. I was so upset to have all these wings with some greasy shrimp fried rice that I could not eat. My food came up to $34 talk about feeling cheated. I called back to be told I could come back for my items but after getting home I was not about to go back. The cashier asked that I call back on Monday to speak with a Manager who would be able to do more than what she could do. She didnt ask for my name or anything. I wont be calling on Monday and I wont ever eat there again. The lemon pepper sauce is gross. The mild wings were ok. I wish I had gone to JR Crickets at North Lake where the wings are always on Point! Ill get over the money I lost. Unhappy Customer

My favorite spot for wings... David, Gabby and the whole staff there always shows awesome customer service... And very nice.. My favorites are the chef salad (they make it perfect just like in South Dekalb Mall) mild wings xxwet and the lemon-pepper. The funny thing is even though it says American Deli on the sign, they all arent the same...ijs

Terrible. Wont answer the phone!! When they do they take your order and tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes but when you show up they START COOKING your order do you have to wait. Today I tried to place an order and was placed on terminal hold for over 20 minutes so I just moved

Food is average at best, and it os much more expensive than other locations. American deli on columbia drive offers a 10pc. Combo for 5.99 7 days a week, and the wings taste MUCH better.
