8/12/16 The 16 year old little child that works here at this company was in her pjokne phone the entire time... On top of that a thick black string of hair was in my food. The manager whoever she may recall herself has no management skills whatsoever, she didnt even understand my language which is ENGLISH... I will never eat here ever again if I can have that company shut down I most definitely will do so. Duluth,Ga 2320 Satellite #170 The old me wouldve really acted out and caused a horrible seen because NO ONE should find hair in their good especially knowing that so many people eat at serval of these popular locations.. My first and last time.. Customer should always remain first at all time without hesitation. management is suppose to go above and beyond to be sure all customers have satisfied service.. I am disgusted to the extreme...

It took 22 min and 10 people that order after me to get my food and The excuse I got was oh your fried rice takes a while. This is the same fried rice that I saw people eating that ordered after me. I only get 30 minutes to eat lunch otherwise they deducted out of my paycheck. So now I have to lose money to eat their food that I paid. They say so sorry next time you come Ill give you a free wing Like one wing. They gave me no kind a piece of paper saying this they said they will remember me This place is a joke

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Asian Lady in the front has terrible customer service. How do you argue with your customer??? After I gave her specific instructions on how to charge my card AFTER she charged me the wrong meal and tried to charge me drinks AGAIN. Horrible experience. All because she was too busy arguing with me, I had to miss my lunch. The nerve of this woman to tell me that," I was wrong" and that, "I dont understand" shows how unprofessional she is.

The place was ok. Looked like an old Firehouse Subs in the interior. Menu is pretty simple but offers a variety. People complain about the management of napkins and condiments but in this country we waste entirely too much. So the mangement of how many napkins I receive doesnt bother me. The wings were extremely small.

Service was good and fast, as I had called in my order. Unfortunately my wings were so over cooked that I could barely enjoy. The fries were good, just wish the chicken had been better for the $10 I was paying. The American Deli further down Pleasant Hill is much better!

The wings are good. I think its a little pricey given each wing is pretty small.10 wings wont fill you up if you come in on an empty stomach. At least there is free drink refills and a clean environment. Overall the place is good to try out if you havent gone before.

Im from NC and I stop in while traveling with my hubby doing over the road trucking. Not sure why they have ALL Asians working in a place called American Deli but it works. Food was pretty good and prices were reasonable. Definitely will try this spot again.

I ordered 50 wings half lemon pepper half mild spicy. It was ready in no time! HOT and fresh out the fryer "DRIPPING IN SAUCE"! Omg so good lol. The owner was friendly. The wings were fantastic. Ill order from them again for sure.
