My girlfriend and I come here after the gym, but the ONLY reason is because of the food. But after today never again, it was the last straw. Since our first visit to today, with quite a lot in between, our food is always cold, and always wrong. My gf gets the chicken ceaser salad, with the chicken heated up. Ive never once eaten with her here where it comes out hot. It is always cold and she has to bring it to the window to get it heated up. I get a chicken tortellini Alfredo, and it comes out cold 50% of the time we come. When we bring this up to the cooks to get it remedied, we get loIkeda at like we are stupid. Sorry if we want our food hot. We barely ever get an apology for the mistake, and this truly mind blowing how the managers allow this. On a previous visit, we sat in view of the window and saw what we thought was our food sitting there for 5 minutes before we got up and got it ourselves. To spend $ 25 on a meal like this, it isnt worth it. Buyer beware

Usually I dont give a 1 star, however, this Panera bread takes the cake. We have to be here in Cumming because of the hospital Dow. The street, and usually like to frequent breakfast places for coffee and a quick bite. Not once, not twice, but FOUR times we have been here and our order has had something wrong with it. 3 times, they "forgot" to make our iced latte!? If they were busy, maybe could understand, but the fourth time, we had finished breakfast before it was brought to us. Four times ordering within a 2 week period, 3 different ways of alerting you food is ready: 1) pager 2) bring it to you 3) call your name. By the fourth time, it was a running joke between my wife and I and this time was strictly for entertainment purpose to visit this Panera Bread to see what would happen today. It did not disappoint.

Decided to bring my girlfriend of 5+ years here a a week or so ago. The people at the front who took my order where nice, but I didnt appreciate how one of the managers kept staring at my girlfriends chest and some perverted comments I heard back in the kitchen. Very unprofessional. Maybe the GM will see this and have a talk with them because thats who you are putting out there as the face of your franchisee you are running. The food was alright, just a little cold. Maybe it was a busy day but needless to say, we will not be returning due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. P.S We are in our 30s and I have no problem seeing a young staff, but maybe hire people more mature next time.

We go to this location quite often and when we eat instead it is typically fine. But, do not go to the drive thru. Every single time Ive gone to the drive thru, my order was wrong. Tonight, I had to repeat the entire order three times. When I finally got the food, only half was in the bag. I asked for the remaining items, and was met with sarcasm and a skeptical tone from the girl at the window. She gave me another bag of food. When I got home, which is a 15 minute drive, I realized I had a bread bowl but no soup to put inside. A salad I didnt order and a sandwich I did order missing. Ridiculous!

Well this place sucks! I ordered food through the drive through and they forgot my wifes food while messing up my order. I called when I got home and after fifteen mins of arguing was finally offered to cover my meal. I came back for my meal and had to argue with a buffoon male manager... Then their General manager came out and argued with me as well. Both trying to explain their policy and "why they dont comp meals" neither of them listening to the issue at hand or contacting the manager that made the promise. Needless to say Im done with Panera!

This is literally THE worst location. My order is wrong every time!! I stopped going to this location for a very long time because EVERY SINGLE time I ordered through the drive thru, my order was wrong. I thought Id give them another chance 10 months later, not surprised, nothing has changed! Corporate needs to get involved and figure something out. The employees do not care to pay attention. It is very frustrating to get 30mins for a lunch break only to get back to work to discover you havent been given what you ordered and paid for!

This is our second or third time coming to this Panera + it was pretty disappointing. There were maybe 5 other people in the restaurant, but the manager seemed almost annoyed that we were there to, you know, spend money. We ordered two cinnamon crunch bagels, toasted - one with cream cheese, one with grape jelly. Not only were they barely toasted, but a small (very small) pod of jelly costs $.50. I mean, really? My husband had to go back up to ask for some butter, which took another 3 minutes to get. Needless to say, we wont be back.

Very disappointed with our recent visit to this location. I used to be a huge fan, but todays example of a restaurant trying to contain food cost by not making a sandwich to spec and the manager admitting that it wasnt right. Ordered a sandwich, and was surprised that it didnt contain 1/2 of the ingredients it should and was considerably smaller in size than previous purchases. I guess that this is just one more example of great brand that has decide on cutting corners and short changing customers to help their bottom line.

This Panera has been getting considerably worse. The drive thru line takes at least 15-20 minutes no matter how many cars are in line. My second to last trip, I received the wrong order and there was a hair in my bakery item. Most recently, I ordered a hot coffee without a coffee sleeve. I asked for one and they said they were out? Not sure if theyve had a change of management or if they just have poor help, but Ill need to be looking for a new coffee/lunch joint.

the amount of time I spend waiting for my food is ridiculous,But if my order wasnt wrong every time it wouldnt be as bad ... but the fact that Ive waited in a drive through line for 20 minutes for a tea only to be told after Ive paid that they are out is frustrating. I eat at Panera on a weekly basis because its one of the healthier options in the areas and its convenient. But there time management skills and customer service sucks.

Stay clear of this Panera location! Ive been here multiple times and each time theyve given me tiny portions. Once the bread was an inch long, another time there were about 5 pieces of lettuce in my pick two salad. This time the panini was about half the size the other Panera locations normally give. This was $6 worth of a panini, about half the size of my iPhone 6, unacceptable!!!

My past two visits to this exact panera my visit has been terrible. First when I came here to get pasta it took an hour for someone to bring me my food and it was cold. When we told them it was cold they simply gave us a cookie. My second visit our cashier Carly did not treat me well and was not very intelligent when talking our order, and she got it wrong.
