After 1 hour 20 minutes I called to check on my order. The automatic answering service gave me 2 options. Press 1 to order press 2 to cancel or check the status of my order. I press the number 2. Someone answered then hung up before saying anything. This happen 2 times. I called back this time I hit the number 1 to make a order thinking I would get to talk to someone. A man answered I tried my best to understand him but had a hard time doing so. Told him I wanted to cancel my order. He said it was on the way. I tried agen and he said the same thing. After going through the same conversation 3 times. He said pizza on the way then hung up on me. In 20 minutes it did show up. By that time I had gone to town to pick up dinner and made it back home. The delivery girl was very nice and understanding when I told her what happen and refused the order.

Rude, rude and awful! Called in a delivery for myself and friends at my place of employment. They never delivered the order or answer my calls. Nor did they call to explain why they wouldnt be delivering our food. Weeks later i placed an order with my credit card. Which it was a delivery order for my children while I was out of town. The driver brought the food but didnt deliver the sodas until five hours later. I called the customer service number over ten times just to have them bring the sodas to my home, not to make a complaint.... Because accidents happen. Ive worked in the food business numerous times. Yet, the local Pizza Hut never answered the calls. Even though it wasnt their fault the customer service representatives kept apologizing for the inconvenience. Summerville Pizza Hut need to get it together!

Ive tried and tried to give this restaurant a chance numerous times but I wont be wasting my money with them anymore. Two orders of pizza rolls were raw, one was burnt, one cold, three orders of pizza was cold, one even tasted stale ... and they keep leaving out dipping sauces we pay extra for. Theyre nothing like they were 20 years ago, they should be ashamed of themselves for still being in business.

Everyone I order I have to either cook it some more or take it back for my money. My food is always raw the dough looks like it was cooked to fast and the bottom and toppings are the only part of the pizza that got cooked. My kids love pizza but I will not but from pizza hutt they dont care...

Always excellent service and honest ready times on carryout orders. Most pizza places tell you 20 minutes on an order then you get there to discover it will either be another 10 minutes or your food has already been getting cold for five.

They never delivered our pizza. Called and they told us they did not have a delivery driver. Had to cancel order after waiting over an hour for our food. I would give them -5 stars if it would let me.

I got two pizza one of them didnt have the pepperoni on it I ordered and the other pepperoni lovers had 8 of them on the whole pizza 8 out of 10 times its not right

Employees are rude, especially the delivery people. Food delivered is always cold and terrible quality. Half the time I do not receive everything I ordered.

They advertising says any pizza any crust any way 10 dollars but they charge xtra for crust and cheese. They want honor coupons
