We ordered marinara pasta with pepperonis on top( I knew it would cost extra). The waitress was informed by the manager that it would be allowed this time, but that we couldnt order it that way in the future. They dont put enough cheese on the pizzas and they rarely have more than one server and they have to take care of the dinning room, check out and carry out orders. I have seen people talking in the back while the server was swamped with customers

Honestly I believe people give bad reviews to be aholes. Especially on the waitresses and cashiers. I mean seriously, if you had to do that all day and then serve rude people like almost all the ones whove left reviews, it just makes the time go by slow and suck! I love pizza hut and the workers do work hard and are friendly. Thank you pizza hut and employees for all of your hard work. Please ignore these idiots who wanna rag on innocent people.

The menu has beer and wine, various brands, on the menu. As soon as you order a cold one, the first thing they tell you is "we dont serve alcohol". Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? Welcome to Ft. Payne Alabama! Only reason I was here was to visit my father at the hospital/vet next door, and thats an entirely different review.... The waitress was very friendly, and she did appear to have all of her own teeth, but Ill skip this place in the future.

We ordered online and when we arrived our order was not ready we waited at the window for thirty minutes without anyone walking over to us. Then half the order was wrong, had to go back in to get them to correct the order. Very disappointed will NOT return. By the way the woman in front of us drove off. I know people get short handed, maybe that was the problem I dont know, and we hate that cause we love pizza hut. Very Disappointed

I dont know why I continue to patronize this place, the piz,zas are so inconsistent. Sauce is not spread around but in big globs here and there, toppings sometimes sparse, sometimes all on one or two slices. I love the taste, but they dont take enough time to prepare them correctly. If I ask for a little less sauce I get none, which is actually better than how it otherwise comes.

Very friendly and attentive staff, clean dining area and good pizza. My wife and I stopped in for a late afternoon lunch and ordered a medium Super Supreme. After what didnt seem to be an extraordinary wait, our server came by our table and told us because there had been a delay our lunch was on the house! This was our first visit and we will be back.

I used to work here and love pizza hut but when I learned that they wouldnt meet me at the SHERIFF DEPARTMENT because they were afraid I WOULD ROB THEM ...... well thats just ridiculous! Wish dominos would come back to this area, theyre not retards!

We had a late night stop...great pizza and service. Only complaint is the salad bar is pulled 2 hours before close with no notice or warning on the menu or website. Hot food was great!
