Well despite horrible visits to the scenic hwy panda express I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned multiple times. The four times I have visited this location I have had nothing but bad attitudes from the employees. To add to this frustration three of the times I have had to wait over 7 minutes for teriyaki chicken. With all the years Ive visited different locations have I ever had this problem. One location did have a little wait, but compensated me with a free drink and egg roll. On the 4th time I came I was told they were out of soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. I will now not be returning to this location again.

Showed up at 8:45 to get dinner and they informed my husband that they close at 9:30 and would not be making any more food. They were completely out of all sides and would not prepare any sides even though they were not scheduled to close for another 45 minutes. This was very disappointing. Its poor customer service to set hours and then not honor them- its not good enough to just let people come in and pick over whats left.

I have gone there two times in the past two months and I look at the time for Saturday is is closing at 10 PM when I get there at 9:20 they have only three items left everything else is gone they have chairs on the tables and its a sorry everything is finished but yet Im traveling far from my house to get there and it says closing at 10 PM my next move is to email corporate and customer service

i ordered a "bigger plate" and asked for another side instead of doing the 3rd entree and the girl gave me the tiniest amounts of both rice and chow mein it was barely a few bites. i didnt want to cause problems so i didnt say anything but next time i will speak up because that is ridiculous to pay that much and they barely put enough to fill the to go box.

Usually does great this time they refused to make any more fried rice simply because they are out of the current batch and dont want to do their job. This is a blatant fail as far as customer service goes. Very sad have been loyal and regular customers for a while and am debating even coming back.

For the love of God fix the ice dispenser at the Scenic Hwy location. Dont you get tired of people ask about the ice? Also keep all menu items available until closing time,you guys stop making certain items prior to closing. If it wasnt for that, you would get better rating from me.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. If I could give them a zero I absolutely would. They have very disgusting attitudes and dont belong in the customer service industry. Panda Express business is deteriorating and its because establishments like this one are open

Their food tastes stale like its been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Its so disappointing, especially when you pay over $30 to eat there. It was like that both times. They dont even have a spicy chicken option! Very limited choices. I wouldnt recommend.

Ive eaten at this Panda Express numerous times but always at lunch. The food is fresh however, on a couple of occasions they have been out of teriyaki sauce and the line to order is very long and backs out of the door. If you come at lunch, come early!

An awful parking lot is the worst part of this location. Otherwise, you get fast and super friendly staff serving Panda Expresss great food. If you can find a parking space, then you will like it here. Ill definitely stop by again.

I think the management changed bc I went there last year and I had a horrible experience, but I thought Id give it another try and to my surprise, the service was great and the food was great! Would definitely go there again.

The food was okay but the staff was completely clueless on how to fill each customers order. It seems like they do not listen to you. I told 3 different people what I wanted and they still got it wrong.
