Food was good; service was not The food and the entertainment from the chef was great. However, service was horrible...and we went on Valentines day. First of all, we never received refills on our drinks. Secondly, my friend requested lemon for her water multiple times and did not get it. Also, she and her husband did not get the meat they ordered until they asked for it. Then, we were supposed to get dessert with our meal, as written in the menu, but when we brought it up, they said we didnt get it because we didnt ask for it and we didnt tip. However, we did tip because they added an 18% gratuity to our check. And besides that, the dessert should not be contingent upon a tip. Needless to say, we wont be back.

They have decent food(I like pretty much all hibachi) but the customer service could not be worse. We have had bad experiences 4 of the last 5 times we have gone. This last time we went in and the guy standing at the front looked at us didnt say anything and then went to the back. After standing up front for about 8 minutes, a woman returned and informed us that we could not be sat as they were only accepting people with reservations and didnt even have a wait list. Such a waste of time! If they had better service we would be there probably twice a week but instead we will stick to j alexanders. Better food and wonderful service in the forum.

The sushi / sashimi quality is outstanding, as well as the rolls. I have been at least 5-6 times and have yet to have a piece of fish that was not fresh and delicious. I would give a 5-Star rating except for the unfortunate repeated poor service. Several of the wait staff have made a total mess of our orders and at checkout, once even going so far as to argue about it when the order was clearly wrong. The staff is definitely friendly but there is a clear communication issue that has not improved much over time.

The tempan grill was really good, our chef was super hilarious. We went another time when hanging out at The Forum just for drinks they have small bar area drinks were good. Its cool that you have different types of atomspheres to sit in depending on what you want to eat.

The service sucked. Food was just OK. The scallops couldve been cooked a little longer.the chicken couldve been cooked less.the rice was a little dry.and all of this cost more than benihanas. I only came here because its 5 minurs away.

Food is always good but the service can be lacking at times (this is why I rated it 4 stars). You get a good portion of food for the money. Their sushi is on par with others. To me this is better than the Benihana chain.

This was one of the better hibachi/teppenyaki places Ive experienced. The food was excellent, and our chef was very amusing and played well off of his guests. It was enjoyable overall and I will definitely be back!

Have been there on a Monday evening. We have been the only guests there. So staff was not busy and very friendly. They had a little show to prepare the food. Not amazing but ok especially for kids.
