I ordered the "crab cream coroquette" and the "avocado tempura" roll. I got it for take-out, and it was POURING outside (or else I wouldve gone for my money back). I tried the cream coroquette, which I assumed was like a crab rangoon judging by the description... its not. It looked like a frozen chicken nugget that they threw in the oven and then into my take-out box. It was definitely "creamy", but I didnt see or taste any crab in it, and the breadding tasted like a frozen chicken nugget. On top of that, I tried the sauce with the first "creamy nugget" and they most definitely gave me some sort of barbeque sauce, so obviously THEY thought it was a chicken nugget. Ick. Definitely not worth $4. Then I tried the tempura avocado. I really think they just gave me a regular avocado roll, cause I couldnt tell if it was fried or not. The avocado itself was brown, and it kinda freaked me out. I was hungry, so I figured Id give it a try. Im really hoping I dont get food poisoning later. I was really excited because these other reviews made it sound terrific and it was great because it was so cheap and close to my house! Guess Ill take the extra mile and go to Ru Sans.

Was there last night and it took 10 minites for the hostess stand to recognize customers. During that time people were using the computers to tally orders, but nothing said to waiting customers. Because i like this place and generally get quick service I told my wife and daughter, its a Saturday and they are busy. When we got seated, our orders were taken promptly. Then we waited, and waited. My daughter got her kids teriyaki dish fist, good thing. When my wife and i got our sushi, they only brought the rolls and no plates. Then 20 mins later our small order of nigri arrived. Thats when the waiter cleaning off the table spilled water on my wife. Clean up was prompt and appologies were acceptes, but no comps or discounts on future visits offered. This was a staple on my date nights with the wife, but last nights service was my last night at sushi mito

I have tried sushi all over Atlanta and Sushi Mito in Norcross has the most fresh, perfectly made sushi I have had in years. My husband and I are now regulars once a week for dinner and the service is good. A very relaxed atmosphere, dont come if you are in a hurry. Laughter, green tea, delicious yellowtail, salmon and fresh avocado. Their green salads have never had a brown leaf. When my husband was recuperating from head trauma, the staff helped me create a menu suitable for a rehabilitating patient. They are honestly our second family and we miss each one when they are on vacation or sick. I still try sushi at other places, but I always return to Sushi Mito in Norcross.

we have been a regular customer for many years. their raw fish are usually of good quality and the tempura are usually very good. the long time waitresses are super friendly and professional. however the service by the newer waiting staff are very sporadic. one lunch the waitress put a big bento box on the table with 1/4 of it hanging outside the edge of the table and just walked away. no hello no thank you no you are welcome. the other day the waiter just handed us the food to our faces without setting them on the table and never once came to check on or refill our water or green tea. we like their food but we may have to say sanyoraro!

I just moved here from the west coast and Ive tried a ton of other places before I found this one. This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant. The atmosphere is great, the people are amazing and super nice. Their sushi is delicious, among other items on their menu. Ive tried their Dinner and lunch menus, both are delicious (sushi and non-sushi items). Not really into sushi? Not a problem! Try their ramen bowel during their lunch hours, its really good! Even their teriyaki beef is extremely tasty (during their dinner hours). I highly recommend this place.

If youre looking for real Japanese food, this is one of the few places you can find it in metro Atlanta. Japanese steakhouses are as authentic as takeout Chinese! An Izakaya is a Japanese family restaurant. Sushi Mito offers a sizeable, yet quiet space to dine with friends and family, which is nice because most places are too loud to chat. As with most things done by REAL Japanese people, the quality and flavor are always on point! Step away from your favorite Hibachi restaurant and try some authentic Japanese, you wont be disappointed.

Sushi Mito is a standout in a city loaded with choices! Everything is very fresh and clean, the staff are outstanding, and everything on the menu is a treat. The menu can be daunting on the first visit, so I recommend picking several items throughout the different areas of the menu to share among the table. We had a sushi that had only vegetables in it that was amazing, but I unfortunately cant remember the name of.

This is pure California quality sushi High end fish..all the fish is fresh and the key..the unicorn This place has fresh chopped wasabi...if you never had this..you need to. You will never want the green paste thats passed off as wasabi most everywhere else. And the chefs are very educational..they will tell you the traditions and reasons why and how ingredients are used.. Highly recommend

Absolutely the best sushi Ive found. Chefs really know what they are doing in here and they consistently have a wide selection of fresh fish. The Toro is expensive but worth it. Love the atmosphere and the staff is always extremely courteous and helpful if you ever have questions. If you like sushi you will love it here.

Best sushi in the area hands down without a doubt. Great portions for the money and quality is always excellent. The waiting staff is funny and very helpful. If I could rate it 6 stars I would. I bring my family here once a week and sometimes I come during lunch. You wont find better sushi within a 15 mile radius.

A real Japanese restaurant. Not to be confused with teppenyaki (Japanese stake house) this is a place where you can find the real flavors of Japan. They might not have every flavor of Japan but they do have a great selection. The sushi is the best I have had outside Japan and I order the Futomaki every time I visit.

The food is always great, the atmosphere, ditto. They have a knack for making you feel welcome. I keep going back. Could the online menus be optimized to facilitate takeout orders over the phone? Probably. Other than that small suggestion I just love the place. Top notch quality food in a friendly environment.

Great experience - very good sushi and helpful, friendly staff. In addition to the sashimi/nigiri staples, they had several less common kinds of sushi I had never tried before; everything was very fresh, and I got my food quickly. Ill definitely be back - would recommend to any sushi fan!

I love this place! We eat there once a week for lunch. Love L39 which is a Bento box with sushi, tempura, and chicken teriyaki. Lots of food. I have several requests for my sushi and they always accommodate me with a smile. California roll with masago is excelent!
