I visited the McDonough Ga location today , I cant tell how displeased Iam! I ordered almost 40 dollars of food for carry out. The food came out very quick, I was actually pleased til I got home to realize the food was not fresh. I called the unprofessional manager Arthur, and I told him of my experience, and he was rude , he spoke over me , told me the wings were fresh, said he would not replace them and hung in my face! I have never experienced such a disregard for customer service. I have contacted the store director Chauncey hoping to receive a call back, if not, I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau

You guys need new management . Whoever is hiring the kids that work in the front need to be fired . How can you messed up an order of chicken tenders mild tossed . The young man that work in the front on Nov 04,2016 around midnight is clueless . Please please train the workers how they are supposed to. This is not the first time . If we are not in there physically to order the food its always wrong . The waitresses are great . I just dont understand whats going on with the people who are working on the front . You see customers walking in you are on the your phone and laughing . Stop hiring kids !!!!

I have been to 3 dollar café in the past with my family in other locations and had wonderful experiences. At this location, I placed a catering order for my work and had the same excellent experience! The staff was helpful on the phone in placing my order and in person when I picked it up. The food looked displayed beautifully and tasted fresh and delicious. The courteous staff offered me a complimentary beverage on a hot day and helped me carry the food to my car. The experience was so good that I just placed another catering order, 5 minutes ago for another event for tomorrow.

If i could give negative stars i would. I come here normally maybe 2 to three times every few months. Always great service. But tonight sealed the deal on me ever returning to a three dollar cafe. Waiter dropped the F bomb and forgot our order. And told us sorry all sarcastic like. His name was Mark and when we notified the manager he didnt seem to care too much. Gave us the scripted apology. I understand saturday nights are rough and they are busy. And this is the first time ive ever had this happen. But never again... very sorry service.

I have ate here for years. Always loved this place but since new management has come through service has gone down hill. The last 2 times I ate here my order was wrong the first time was a to go order I did get an apology and a voucher for the mix up but my order was nuked to be reheated. The second time was a dine in the waitress was excellent but the kitchen staff screwed up the order again and when it was remade and looked pitiful. I hope they step up their game soon because 1 more strike Im done.

We live right down the street and visit on the weekends. Not a fan of the wings at all. Buffalo is not what you would typically expect. Onion rings are way too big resulting in soggy uneven frying. Get the cheese on the side if you get nachos. Someone back there is "killing it" with cheese. Burgers are as good as I make at home. And I make a great burger. All sandwiches are a hit.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. All our food was fantastic (4 guys). The draft beer selection is huge. The waitresses and bartenders were efficient, friendlyand nice to look at. The owner changed oone of the many TVs to the game we wanted. You have to try this place out! The only problem is that it does not come up on google maps when you search bar and grill.

This establishment is horrible, management is terrible, only select people working here actually know what they are doing and are some what polite, most are just rude and think as if the world owes them something. Food is ok, but def wouldnt spend my money on a place where the customer service is that bad... really need to work on hiring an actual good management team.

I remember when a manager by the name of Bill ran the place and there was a bartender by the name of Chad. It once was awesome. Now the place is ran by dumb women who cant work a tv and horrible waitresses. Its filthy with a health score of 84. On top of it all the only people coming in are hood rats looking for a fight. I would pass right by this place if I were you.

I will give it a 3, only because I havent been but I do know my teens could afford it, never complained about food and enjoyed the activities there, and has been a safe place for young people. So thumbs up, when you watch after teens and give them a place they can afford providing you have a good health score its fine by me, safety and health grade, very important!

Im not the one to complain or leave complaints online but the service me and my fiance received was terrible .Bill the manager and the bartender Brittney treated my pregnant fiance like trash on a carry out order. Im not racist but from the looks of the management I wouldnt recommend people of color to support this "establishment".

Been there twice and received bad/no service. The first time I stood around waiting to be seated while the wait staff talked. The second time got there late, asked if they were still serving and after sitting down was rudely told they were closed. The staff is horrible and that is probably an understatement.

This place always has phenomenal food. Its always amazing. The wait time for food is expected to be long every time we go, becas use they are always so busy. However the quality of food here is worth it to me to wait. I just have to adjust my schedule accordingly and go when Im not in a hurry and have time.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I went there to get some blue cheese dressing. I found a piece of hair in my dressing. I will never eat here again. When Taco Mac and Wild Wing Cafe open, they will probably lose a lot of business. New management has taken over and the restaurant has gone down hill.

Just ate dinner on the hottest day of the year. It was almost as hot inside as it was outside. I asked the waitress if the A/C was broke. She said "The air conditioning never works in the summer" It was a very uncomfortable dinner ! So..that being said... dont eat there in the summer.

Birthday dinner at Three Dollar Cafe. Love their chicken wings, and TDC Chips. Great service and a very comfortable atmosphere. Watch your table selection around sunset as the windows are westward facing and the glare can be intense. Great place to watch a race or football game.

Food is solid sports bar food (with a nice selection of Grouper dishes). Service was fine - drinks filled, food timely - but not extraordinary. Four large-screen TVs in main dining room with smaller screens scattered about. High noise level, but what youd expect for a sports bar.
