I had the worse experience at Sugar Plum Visions. They are very rude and condescending. Lea their manager never returned my calls to set up a consultation for my daughters cake and when one was finally established she did not show, costing me time from work. The place is dirty and and Lea makes you feel unwelcome. When I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up our cake it was not ready and we waited over an hour. Then to make matters worse our cake was nothing like we ordered. I had specifically said we wanted a PINK cake with a dancer and we got a Dark purple cake with a broken crown. Lea lied to me and said that I must have given her the wrong information and would not accept any responsibility whatsoever. They never once apologized to me nor did they offer any sort of compensation. In fact they sucked their teeth at me!!! And said in a nasty tone " do you want it or not?" Knowing I needed the cake I reluctantly took it but probably should have gone to Publix after that remark. Also I left my iphone at the register for like five seconds putting our cake in the car and when I returned it was gone. I was the only customer there the entire time.

I had the BEST experience at sugarplums :) I ordered a cake for my best friends bridal shower and it was perfect! You definitely get what you pay for in the best possible way. My friend absolutely loved the cake and everyone enjoyed the lemon lavender cake. Which, by the way, is a flavor that I have never heard of before making it even more special. I highly recommend Sugarplum Visions. The staff is wonderful and very cheerful. They make you feel that you are important and no detail is too small. Thank you so much Shugarplum Visions for making the experience easy and fun!

One of the best cakes I had in long long years. We ordered a custom cake for my sons bday. Being very picky, I gave loads of instructions on the appearance, size, flavor, color and what not. Jamie delivered everything to the point that, I myself was amazed with the cake. Every detail is worth mentioning. Adding to that, the taste was extremely heavenly. Than my son, I ended up gobbling most of it. The guests were as well extremely pleased. I also tried their "Put a fork in the Dessert" cake and thats one on the go luxury for sweet lovers. :)

Delicious desserts and phenomenal customer service! My best friend introduced me to Sugarplum Visions and I have been a loyal customer ever since. The mason jar cupcakes are adorably packaged and the combinations are creative and delightful. Jamie has gone above and beyond in shipping her special treats all the way to LA for me and even assisted me with a transaction when I was outside with my dog. Her talent is equally matched by her sweetness. You absolutely cannot go wrong going to Sugarplum Visions!

My husband and I have been a customer of Sugar Plum since they opened. The staff really knows how to give 100 percent customer service. I am a fan of the mini cakes. I cant see enough about how much I enjoy the delicacies at Sugar Plums. I have been told I am a great baker so I do not give compliments unless they are well deserved. In the past my husband has told me I only like cakes that I bake. . However, that has changed since we found Sugar Plums! You will NOT be disappointed!

My mother sent me these cakes for my birthday when I first moved to Marietta. They came in a cute little box with a birthday candle and everything! They have such great flavor combinations. The Red Hare root beer float cake tastes like you are sitting on a stool at an old fashioned malt shop. They are also sustainable! Return the jars to the shop for a discount on your next purchase. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
