Thanks Micheal for your help today. We were leaving quite upset with the deli because they wouldnt make up a 8 piece box of chicken from what they had on hand. They said we had to wait until the next batch of 8 piece chicken You met us as we were leaving and realized this simple problem had disappointed us in your store. It wasnt about the chicken, we could get that anywhere, but rather the workers attitude, they were flippant about us as customers You fixed our problem and handled this in a professional manner. I love this Publix and most of its employees. thanks for confirming this. Your store is always friendly and efficiently run.

So many good things to say about this location feels like family, They have attention to customer service and they really know how to take care of their customer. From Don the Red Hat man who makes people feel special and provides that extra bit of relationship building its so important in the service business Madison and seafood always a pleasure to see him welcomes you and knows that department. The produce section is the best in the area. Always good quality of produce to pick from.

This is the third time I have purchased sushi at this store within last 3 weeks. I am not sure what is happening but the rice is undercooked yet again and it doesnt stick to the nori/seaweed. Wont buy this item here ever again.
