My husband and I visited your establishment for the first time on June 13, 2017. The server was Hanan A. Our experience started when we were not assisted before 2 other guest that were seated after us. After she assisted this guest she then advised us she would be right back. When she came back she failed to ask us what we were having she stood there waiting for us to speak. We advised her of our drink order and that we wanted buffalo tenders to start. She came back with the drinks and advised that there was no strawberry for the mimosa. She offered mango and I accepted. When she returned my husband asked if she put in the order for the tenders she said no and walked off. We maintained composure but were pretty upset. She then comes back with buffalo chicken wing and fries. This was not at all what we ordered for the starter. Reluctantly we educated her that we requested tenders not wings she proceeds to say are you sure. This was he first real issue we had with her. We know what we ordered you chose to bring us something different. We kept the food to eliminate confrontation and a few min later a manager is walking through asking how was everything. We explain what we ordered and he moves it touches he plate and says he can fix it ( how rude to put your hand in our plate) we declined and said no thank you because we were waiting forever on our meal. He walks away and says let him know if we need anything. The waitress then comes out with our actual meal and the food is wrong. You charge me extra for cheese and strawberries all of which you did not bring to the table. The food was terrible none the less and keep in mind we were the only African Americans in the section that she was in. Throughout the meal she did not ask if we needed anything and she walked to the 3 other table of Caucasian guest volunteering her service while each time having to pass us and not once did she stop, each time we had to ask for assurance. We ask for the check and the check which shows she charged us for chicken wings when we asked for tenders, we simply ask that even though we didnt ask for this you are still charging she replied mmhh hummm. My husband says ok and she then replies with an attitude I can take 2.00 off. I say you know what we are ok thank you you can leave. She walks away and then sends an African male waiter to complete the transaction which he brings out a new check with 1.00 off. Pissed because she cant complete her job and clearly thinks its just about the money and not he fact the experience was terrible and we spent well over 50.00 in your establishment and did not have a problem paying the bill it was the principal of not being respected and having a simple apology for the negative experience. The waitress never came back over to apologize and we will never frequent your establishment again.

In town for vacation and was aware the diner was recommended by Guy/Food Network and a few local GA residents. Went in for dinner yesterday and had wonderful service from our waiter and other staff. Food was good. Great variation. However after having to return today due to ordering 2 slices of cake on our way out yesterday. And getting back to the hotel about an hour away we realised that the slices given were wrong. I called after discovering and a female associate said we would be able to come in today to pick up our correct slices. When asked if we would have to bring the slices in. We were told no thus simply throwing them out bc they were slices we could not eat. I of course decided to bring our receipts just in case. (Given their receipts dont show what is ordered like the copies the restaurant keeps). Our experience with the Marietta brand was completely turned around when we arrived and spoke to a very RUDE older lady who turned out to be the owner. We advised the situation and that the employee said they would be leaving a note in regards to us coming in to pick up our slices. (Which in fact thr employee left on the beam to the side of the register). The owner RUDELY started to state that we were to bring the slices in, she wouldnt give slices bc anyone can come and say they bought slices and lie. I stated that in no way would we drive about an hour back for something we didnt purchase and it is very rude to suggest otherwise when we showed receipts, told what time we called, who are waiter for the evening was, how busy it was and so on. If shes the owner she should know who worked at night and ask them not try stating that the CUSTOMER who is what is keeping her in business, is lying. Customer service completely lacks with this owner which is really sad bc we had planned to visit their Italian brand for dinner this evening. But after her distasteful behavior not stepping foot and giving money to some hasty owner. And making sure to tell everyone I know NOT to eat in any of the places!! A gentlemen who turned out to be the manager came over and we explained the situation. He kindly spoke to us and apologized for all the inconveniences like a true service rep should. (Rather than pick an argument with customers who have not even been rude and been really nice knowing that mistakes happen). I really do hope that if this brand is family owned that whoever else owns it speaks with this lady to make sure she does not run business out the door. And to make sure to maintain employees with good moral at the restaurants to make this brand excel. Otherwise if this lady and others with her work ethics work there they will be seeing their self slowing down eventually

New in town and this place was recommended. The cakes are impressive behind the counter when you walk in and the menu is equally huge. Food - The salad had lettuce that was turning in it. The gyro meat was that kind that clearly comes in frozen in individual slices and is just heated on the flat top before serving and tasted like it too. The Seafood trio special was impressively large, but the the salmon was dry and flavorless, I honestly get way better salmon at the cafeteria where I work for 1/3 the price. The dish also had 2 stuffed shrimp and a stuffed flounder (or sole, cant remember). On the paper menu we read while we waited, the description was crab stuffed, then at the table, the real menu stated seafood stuffing. That should have been a clue for me. The large amount of stuffing appeared to have so much crab, I was so happy, until I tasted it. It was mushy...wait, this is that fake crab! I was embarassed for them that they would serve this garbage and charge over $20. Unbelievable. Service - When seated, after perusing the huge menu, we realized we had different menus. Even though it was about 7:00pm, we had been given the lunch menu. Not a big deal, but another straw for the camels back. The waiter never asked how everything was, not once. I told them no mushrooms, but received a large mushroom stuffed with the same offensive, inedible stuffing. A manager (owner maybe) came by right after the food was delivered before we had taken a single bite and said "everything is great, yes?" What can I say to that. Then when trying to pay, up at the front counter, like when out at a diner, after handing my credit card and bill to the cashier, the same manager, proceeds to push her aside and essentially take care of another customer on the same register in front of us. Wow. My advice - expect nothing more than cheap diner food and cheap diner service. Whatever you do, dont try to enjoy any of the more expensiv,e nice sounding meals on the menu. This is nothing more than a hyped up, cheap, get em in, get em out diner, which ended up costing me way more money than any diner should and provided worse food than any I can remember.
