We had to go through the line for them to tell us they were out of what we wanted. I asked her wheres the sign, she came up with some excuse about her manager removing the sign and that the sign wouldnt have helped because I wouldve been too far in the line before I saw the sign. Unacceptable its 6.27pm April 22, 2017. Not customer service friendly, what the manager want us to be stuck in the line and just buy something just because.

I stop at this location once per week, on average. I always get exemplary service and my beverage is always exactly as ordered/expected. While I have never had to return a beverage I have seen others with an issue get treated with urgency and their problem resolved immediately. The staff is friendly and tends to remember a return customer and greets them with that little extra that keeps repeat customers repeating.

Horrible service. My wife and I walked up to the counter and it was 4 minutes before someone acknowledged our presence. The lady took a phone call before assisting us. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks in Loganville so I have no choice but to come here. Would give a 0 star if I could....**next review:8/16/2015. Once again.. such bad service..

the one employee there, i believe his name to be TOM!? he exposed himself to my 4 year old daughter!!! i asked him for a simple drink and he just flat out pulled his privates out!! my daughter was horrified and i promptly called the police. everything was sorted after that. always had good customer service here! dont know what happened!!

My comfort place.. Chai Tea Latte everytime! I love that some Baristas take the time to remember you & your fav drink like Mrs. Traci, Brandon, Jayla, Morgan & others. Ive only had 1 incident from a new worker who wasnt very friendly, so I had to say something! They handled it with professionalism, quickly, and apologetically!

Love the atmosphere, love the people. Im a regular and I always get extra Fraps chips in my peppermint mocha Frappuccino, and they always ask every time I come in. Morgan, a barista who serves me quite often has one of the most positive attitudes I have ever encountered in food/retail. Give her a raise or somethin, guys!

I have stopped at this Starbucks frequently for a long time, and as someone who travels, it is the absolute slowest location I have ever encountered with lackadaisical staff. A fifteen minute wait inside and a twenty-five minute wait in life (the latter of which you cannot escape due to a curb) is atrocious.

I go to a lot of Starbucks and I did not have the best customer service. I was first in line at the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for a drink. I was at the window for most of that time. I could understand if the store was busy, but most of the employers were just talking not acknowledging customers.

This location is like no other location Ive visited. They greet you as if they have known you for years. They know many customers by name. This is the cleanest and friendliest Starbucks Ive ever gone to. I am a regular at this one because of the service.
