I ordered here 2 times and both the food was ok the orange chicken was very chewy though . The 3rd time I was ordered I got the same thing but I called back and decided to change my order I wanted to try some different . So after I ordered OVER THE PHONE I came into the store about 15 minutes later and when I asked the man I was here for a pick up he kept saying there is nothing listed for me. So the lady that works there walks up & says " oh I didnt put it in because I didnt know if you was going to actually come because you called and changed the order. I was so mad because what kind of company does this. The whole purpose of me calling ahead was so I dont have to wait for no food . I wont be coming back Ill find a new Chinese restaurant to go to in Lithonia & she always have a fussy attitude and they have there kids wondering around the place and take cash order . They have to be about 10 years old

Terrible. Ordered curried beef. Tasted like the same weird beef used in other recipes. Also ordered general tsos chicken just in case the curried beef didnt work out. That was flat and lifeless. I feel like the freshest part of the meal was the "fried" rice. I have a suspicion that this is just regular rice with soy sauce mixed in. Avoid this place if you dont like bland flat tired food.

The atmosphere is very pleasant; however, only one person appeared to be working. As a result, the wait time was about 20 minutes. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was very chewy. I ate one full piece of chicken and could not chew any of the remaining pieces because they were so tough, chewy and rubbery. I will not be going back.

Best thing was the egg roll. Ordered shrimp egg foo young which didnt come with gravy, like most Chinese restaurants, but a dark thin substance like soy sauce without the flavor. Shrimp was a nice size, but was at the bottom of the dish completely separate from the egg foo young along with lots of veggies.

Ive been going to this restaurant for a while and have not been disappointed yet. The shrimp are huge and they are generous with the vegetables. The wait is a bit longer than other restaurants but Im not complaining. I prefer my meal cooked to order. The prices are reasonable and the score is high 90s.

My husbands and I have tried every Chinese spot in Decatur and no one beats HongKongGarden. They offer a large selection of food, everything is cooked to your liking and with care, and the dinner combo includes a canned soda, an egg roll, and a crab ragoon wonton. Delicious!

I walked into this establishment and there was a 10 year old girl taking my order. I had special requests for my order and the girl appeared to be overwhelmed. she asked her mom and she took her time coming out. Why was a 10 year old girl working in the first place?

Worse Chinese food ever. The food has no taste. The steamed dumplings are gooey and over stuffed that theyre falling apart. The food has no taste. A waste of my money.
