Will not be eating or recommending here again. Ate with friends here just before Christmas, and I thought the place was ok. My husband and I tried it again tonight, and everything except the tv program in the background was "forgettable." The table had food stuck to it. I ordered cheese wontons and soup to have as my meal (which I said to the waitress), but she brought my food out way before my husbands entree. On the one good note, we both enjoyed the taste of our food. The waitress did not refill my drink; and as we got towards the end of the meal, we were both slurping on the end of the cup (aka - needing more). The girl was obviously within ear shot and even walked by a few times and never brought more water. Not only that, but when it came time to pay the bill, the charge for the soup was more than listed on the menu. When asked about it, she said that I had the large soup instead of the small which meant that it was more... only there were NO sizes on the menu (and if that was the large, the small must be just 1 spoonful). The only other positive was the family next to us who gave us a $2 off coupon and participated with me during Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Bottom line: DO NOT DINE IN.

お店の提供は早かったです。 金曜日でほかのお店が空いていなかったので少し気になっていたこのお店に。 店内は10組くらい座れる程度でまあまあテイクアウトしていく客が多い。 今回はコンボメニューでステーキとチャーハンとサラダセットを頼みました。 ドレッシングは悪くないがかけすぎ；w チャーハンも食べられなくはないかな、ステーキは細かく切ってあって、ズッキーニ、人参、たまねぎ、マッシュルームを炒めた感じでした。 悪くなかったです。 ✩3にしようと思いましたが、提供が早いで✩付けさせてもらいました！ ※アルコールは扱ってないので持参して持ってくる形になってました。

I and my companion were extremely disappointed with our food. Majority of the dishes were very bland. If you closed your eyes, you cold not distinguish the chicken from the shrimp except for texture. I specifically asked our server about water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, baby corn, etc in the MIXED VEGETABLES and yet neither of us could find any on our plates. Also pork fried rice was terrible. My sweet tea was about the only thing I can honestly give a positive review. Totally dissapointing dining experience. Giving them 1 star would be generous. Love Chinese food but will never eat at this establishment again.

Great little sushi place...wed and Thurs they have sushi specials and they have awesome sashimi. Very fresh and the rolls have a huge amount of fish compared to other places. I have not been able to try their other dinner items yet because the sushi is so good. Check out the picture I uploaded to see the sushi boat the chef made me....I just told him what kind of fish I liked and didnt like and he came back a few minutes later with a huge plate and two cucumber salads. They even let you bring your own wine! This place is truly a gem and a good find for sushi in the West Knox / Farragut area.

This is very good Chinese food. I didnt try the sushi but I got the sesame chicken dinner combo and it came with fried rice and an egg roll for $8.95. It was a lot of food and I couldnt finish it all. It came with probably the best egg roll that Ive ever had. My food was made in less than 5 minutes and tasted hot and fresh. I am only giving this 4 stars because I was not impressed with the fried rice. I was really craving good fried rice and this just didnt hit the spot. Other than that, everything was amazing. Edit: I refried the rice and chicken and it tasted even better.

I love Dragon Den :) Ive been a patron since the mid 90s and the new owners have not disappointed me in any of the dishes Ive had so far. Their chicken dishes have perfectly fried chicken--light to medium breading, nice and crunchy, plenty of meat in each piece every time Ive gone in the past year or so. Their Yum Yum Roll is wonderful. Lightly breaded eel that is super tender and has excellent flavor. They also have hibachi which is next on my list. Gotta go! Great food, good portions, good prices.

My friends and I went into this restaurant today our server (a male) was very rude and unprofessional. The lady at the front desk was asked a simple question if one of my friends could have a fortune cookie because the one that she received at the table did not have a fortune in it. I mean thats the whole point of getting the cookies to see what the fortune says and the lady refused to give my friend a cookie and was rude when asked about the cookie.

Well, to make the review short and sweet, I would not recommend this place unless your options are limited. Pros: • Good price • Deliver to my work • Pleasant and helpful employees Cons: • The food has little flavor • Too many of one type of vegetable used as a filler (celery in my case of Kung Pow chicken.) • Delivery service is free, but somewhat slow • The chicken shape and texture was weird (unlike any cut cooked chicken I have seen)

We have had take out from here many times in the past four years, but have been dissappointed the last two times. Fried wonton type items were unedible--cooked way too long. Veggies in meals were old--yellow broccoli. Everything from the food to sauces had no flavor. Sweet and sour chicken was rubbery. Changes we noticed were their coupons are now dine-in only and their prices have gone up. We will be looking for another place.

We ordered delivery. 2 hours later we got cold, spilled food that was 92% rice. The order was also incorrectly filled. Save yourself some time, buy rice and cook it yourself. Promise it shouldnt take 2 hours. I called and complained to management who stated I couldnt get my money back, even after they advised me that they would come pick it back up.

We love the food here, but they have screwed up our order a total of FOUR times, causing us to have to drive back for the correct order. They are always very nice about it, but its very frustrating. I really dont want to have to open all my food at the restaurant to check it and have to eat cold food when I get home.

I absolutely love this place. They have the best General Tsos chicken in all of Knoxville. The only reason they arent getting 5 stars is because they carry Pepsi products. I absolutely hate Diet Pepsi, and would gladly give them 5 stars if they also carried Diet Mt. Dew or moved back to Coke products.

I ordered the kung pow chicken to go (work on an ambulance). What I got was kung pow celery and water chestnuts with a smattering of undercooked chicken grissle. The dish should be called chicken suprise b/c youre suprised when you actually find any under the copius amount of celery. What a rip off

Worst delivery ever! Ordered twice and both times the containers were busted with food all in the bags! Called the second time to complain and was told it was our fault for ordering extra sauce! Will never order from them again. Food was decent. Customer service was absent all together.

I visit Knoxville about every 3 weeks on business and make sure I eat here at least once during my visits. I love good egg drop soup and they have the best I have ever eaten! WARNING! It is very hot and I always burn my tongue because I enjoy it so much!

A dank place with the best Chinese food this side of Knoxville. Pricing is good for the amount of portions you get. You will go home with leftovers, almost certainly. Staff are laidback and cool.
