I sent an email to corporate about a good worker they have on their hands, but Ill leave a review here as well. Her name is Hannah and she is excellent when it comes to customer service. We ate our ice cream in the store and I continued to watch her help other customers as they came in. She was very helpful and polite, carried on a conversation with who ever she was helping. When I asked for her name, she immediately looked scared but I assured her that her great service was appreciated and let her know that I thought she was an extremely good worker. Baskin Robbins Turkey Creek should be very thrilled to have such an enthusiastic worker who seems to really enjoy her job on their team, its hard to come by good customer service these days. We will be back to your store!

Worst expirence ever at BR location! The guy working was a complete douche. Very rude- didnt want to go to the back to get a new tub of butter pecan cause it was empty. Then said actually im closed right now! Well excuse me i came in 5 minutes before closing and if u would have just ben cooperative and helpfull we would have ben gone already. We just wanted two handipped ice cream cones. Wasnt like he was goin to have to wash dishes afterward. Never go back! Think i will call mngmnt 2morrow, totally uncalled for.

very disappointed in the Turkey Creek location, we asked for a simple donation of ice cream for a fundraiser, and they turned us down. Thought this was a community type business. Frozen Yogurt, is now our go to place for wonderful service and ice cream

Its 9:30 and the chairs are up. I asked the worker what time they closed, And the said 10:30. The signs are off and chairs up an hour before closing. Ice cream is fantastic, I just dont see why they would do this an hour before closing.

Oreo sundae was pricier than I expected, partly because it barely filled up the cup they come in instead of mounding way over it like in the photos. The two kids working there werent exactly rude, but not very friendly or approachable.

I hate going be a Baskin Robbins such a low review, especially on a first visit. My impression is they struggle creating an environment for quality workers and customers. Good ice cream of course and very clean.
