So I go and order the new buffalo ranch pizza a regular pepperoni pizza and am order of Wings with a 20 Oz soft drink. The order came to $22.00. The little girl with the attitude starts to put my order together and as I inform her that I didnt order crazy bread, she then ask for my receipt. She then pulls the receipt she was preparing the order from that clearly states $18.00. Then she informs me to keep the crazy bread ,as I ask for buffalo ranch sauce. She slams the ranch sauce in the bag and in a condescending tone tells me to have a nice day as she walks away. Ive been going to this particular lil Caesars for about 10 years and its seems to be going down hill. This was probably my last visit to this location.

Bought a 3 meat pizza that made my wife and I violently ill. When I took the remainder of the pizza back for a refund - they asked how did they know it made us sick? I said - why dont you eat a piece and see how you feel in 4 hours. They would not give me a refund or a certificate for a free pizza. They put my name on a list for a free pizza on my next visit. I went back today and someones initials were by my name and they said I had obviously already gotten my pizza - once again questioning my honesty. They called the manger and he said there was nothing he could do for me....can you believe it - all over a $9.00 pizza - and the sign on their wall says - Happy Customers is our Pledge.....what a joke.

ok so I go in to order hot and ready pepperoni at about 6:15p a girl from back area says shell be with me in a minute, a guy whos stocking the cokes in front says did she say shed be with you in a minute?, i say yes, the girl then proceeds to ask a 3 employee to take care of me...hhhmmm ok I just want my pizza. so I order pay get pizza leave get home.....its cheese!!!, so idk how the other guy called them cause the number on the reciept is out of service, I goggle it same number called the one on scenic they have same number and didnt offer any relief told me well thats what they have and they cant help me..now Im like

I didnt have any issue with my food but rather the wait time. My order was simple, I only ordered cheesy bread. It took 20 minutes for a 5 minute order. They had 2 other cars waiting for their orders, when they came out they didnt know who ordered what. They would bring the wrong order to each car. Wont be back again and neither the other people waiting because we were all complaining to each other.

They are not the best pizzas in the world but for the price they are really good, also they normally have their standard Cheese and Pepperoni always ready, also when I called to customize my order they were pretty quick on having them ready for pick up in less than 10 minutes, great service.

This location has too much turn over, mostly because of management as a result the quality of their food is a win or miss type of feel. I strongly suggest the location on Scenic Hwy over this one.
