Today I gave this location a second chance...the last time I order, several weeks ago, They messed my order up royaly. Not only did I not receive my order 25min after my pickup time they also gave me the wrong order. I called the corporate number and was told that this store was privately owner and they would send over my complaint. I was told that the store owner/manager would contact me, well they never did. I gave it a shot today and as my order was ready in a timely manner but the order it self look as it was made in a hurry. Very poorly put together sandwich with minimal ingredients. I asked for spinach and recieved 3 small leafs on the hole sandwich. I enjoy Panera food when it is prospered correctly. This location once did this but now has gone down hill.....

We eat at this location a lot and until today our experience has been good. Sadly, today was quite confusing. There was a note on the entrance door explaining that due to a shortage of avocados they could not offer that ingredient. Had I know that I would have gone by Kroger to pick up a few for my sandwich! When my husband ordered his sandwich he was told they had no apples for the apple slaw in his sandwich. No offer was made to substitute - and what does avocados have to do with apples. The tables were dirty, the coffee lukewarm. I am sorry that I have to write a negative review as we enjoy eating at Panera Bread. We will think long before going to this location again.

I usually have a great experience at Panera since I dont eat out often. But just a warning be sure to ask if theyre serving baguettes or bags of chips. Placed a large order for seven meals it was given seven bags of chips instead of the baguette that we actually go to Panera for. Drive-through wont communicate that to you. They just give you the chips or whatever they have to throw in the bag. When I called to speak to the manager the following day since the store was closed when I went back she asked me " what would you like me to do" instead of just offering to fix it. Kind of sad theyre built on bread and not customer service.

called five times rang 20 times each time then back to phone menu no one answers phone! hard to call in an order when nobody answers Had order for 11 sandwiches - did finally do on line but I had questions and no one to ask - when I got there the order was ready and I mentioned to the Manager that nobody picks up their phone - she said "The phone is in the office and we are not it there until after 2!" Spoke to the Peachtree City store - they answer right away and are able to answer questions somebody needs to rectify the phone in Fayetteville if they want business

Recently moved to the area was excited to see a Panaera as I am used to one near my old home in Lithonia. First visit I noticed the service was a little iffy. Wasnt asked the choice of a side and all the bread was thrown in a bag without the roll cover. Second visit was 11:00 in the morning. Service was still slow and at the pick up counter the young man forgot my iced green tea along with the customer who picked up behind me. The food is still great I just think the staff has to pay attention to details.

People seem to love this place and its hard to understand why. The staff is extremely nice and courteous, so high marks are honestly earned, and while its nice eating with flatware and glass bowls, you pay dearly for it. While the marketing promotes a healthy living brigade, much of the food is processed and the calorie count is pretty much equal to any of the fast food established. I endorse smaller portion eating, but think it should also conlme with a reduced price.

Poorly run- Ive worked in the food/serving industry for years and was appalled by the lack of urgency the kitchen had- I came in for a bagel and a kids order of Mac and cheese to go and it took over 30 minutes. By the time I got my bagel it was cold. As me and the other 20 Togo orders waited for our food we listened and watched the line goof-off, eat food, yell about things they were out of. No excuse for this. Are they aware they are in an open kitchen?

I ordered thru the drive thru a greek goddess cobb salad with chicken. I get back to my office to eat my salad and the CHICKEN IS MISSING. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The drive thru was not crowded today because I drove right up and ordered. We pay good money for our food...the least you can do is get it RIGHT! Lesson learned...CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF! SO PISSED AND DISAPPOINTED! I GUESS I WONT GO TO PANERA FOR AWHILE!

Im a Panera snob, and unfortunately this location is one of the worst in the Atlanta area. The customer service is mediocre at best, they never have the advertised menu items ("Were all out!"), and the cashiers NEVER ask for your Panera number, a frequently frustrating note. I always have a poor experience, but it could change if the employees took more pride in their work.

When I went threw drive thru the employee that was taking my order just had me to keep repeating everything I was saying to her. Until a male got on the speaker and started helping me with my order. I also thought i was suppose to get a pickle with my order which i didnt receive. It was my first time visiting Panera bread and it will definitely be my last.

I noticed on my visit today a new friendly, energetic manager (didnt catch his name) that made my family and I feel so welcomed. He provided some of the best, genuine customer service Ive ever experienced and was patient with us as we tried to decide what to order. I hope he sticks around for a long time; he will improve this location greatly!

Its not my style of restaurant. I want my food totally prepared, ready to eat. An apple was served whole and unpealed. I can prepare my fruit at home and not pay extra for it. The flavored tea tasted like slightly flavored water. I dont want to pay for water. The sandwich had two sizes of bread, making for a messy meal. It did taste good.

The cashier was rude. She raised her voice at me and talked down to me me in front of other customers just because I asked about chicken and wild rice soup that they were out of on Sunday. I sure hope the manager handles it professionally and deal with her customer service deficiencies.
